1st,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, check for spark,,,,,remove the spark plug from the cylinder, mount spark plug into its wire lead, hold spark plug body against engine or frame, wile rotating engine observe whether` there is a spark at the gap of the spark plug.2nd,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if there is a spark, check the carb, you can varify a carb fault by spritzing a small amount of gas into the carb wile cranking motor or better use an ether spray, be car-full with this onethis will direct you to where the problem is.if #1 is OK or observed and #2 has no effect to start than your compression may be to low so check your compression.

Take off the float bowl on the carburetor and check the operation of the float. If everything is clean and free, you may need to replace the float needle. If the needle has a rubber nose and it's the original, the odds are pretty high that it will need to be replaced since the original parts were not designed for use with ethanol and, unfortunately all gas today contains ethanol.

It would be very unusual if it didnt, slight model changes rarely effect the basic engine set up. But, why dont you find a good boiler maker and get him to weld yours up. That is a simpler plan and it will still be your bikes part.

I couldn't find an online manual. Best bet would be to go to a Honda motorcycle dealership and ask for a repair manual there.

Sounds like the main jet in the carb is clogged, pull it and take a look, clean it our with fine copper wire and some gas.

Usually under the seat but without a model number and year, it is only a guess.
You will usually need your ignition key to unlock the seat on the kick-stand side of the bike - generally between seat and exhaust piple or possibly along a plastic panel just below the seat edge.

Some seats tip away from you as they open, some you have to pull up the back of the seat then slide it away from the fuel tank.

That sounds as the first sings of your clutch going out when was the last time it was serviced?

Check the wire connections and check for any abraded or broken wires. Chances are a wire has come unplugged inside the headlight housing. Also use a multimeter to check the switch and fuses for proper operation. Visual checks of fuses are not always reliable. Please rate my answer. Thanks!

sounds like you have a short to ground somewhere, try and check all ground connections to the frame. look for chaffed wiring wherever you can

The Power Steering has failed. There has been a factory recall for a suddenly failing electrical steering shaft, that could cause the rider to loose control. This does not have to be your problem but anyhow either the electronics or the pump failed. Error codes or messages usually have to be erased by a simple reset procedure or disconnecting a plug, after repairs are done.

Question edited for clarity, but no idea what you mean by - "What do I need to do to get the gay? The clutching gauge in again?" You issue is probably that all the clutch plates are glued together. Check the wiring, especially the engine earth lead.
