How do i make my honda cbrxx 2004 faster
This would depend on what you have done to it already but do a full tune up and use the cvorrect ful will make a smal difference but if you are looking to spend megamoney then have the head skimmed and gasfloed have the engine rebored get the valves ports opend and pollished replace the carbseis this enough or is youre bankb balence still holding remember these mordern bickes are allredy tuned to pervection and whatever you do to incresse youre speed will cause extreem ware on the engine so MY TRUE ADVICE LEAVE IT ALONE you cannot do more than the bike is capable of any where in the world so be sensable leave it alone
Rough idle
chec the mechanical timing-has to be alined properly-you'll need a service manual for values-do a search. make sure carbs r ok also
Tire saftey
A good patch job (removing the tire and repairing with a patch on the inside of it) I feel is much better than a plug, IMHO
I used to do allot of automotive tire repairs with patches and can't remember if any actually came apart or became defective. The plug may have a tendency to loosen and leak.
On the other hand, allot of people would replace the tire just to have peace of mind with regards to motorcycle tires. 1500 miles is close enough to justify replacement.
