You might have a dirt or corrosion issue in the carburator. The choke circuit allows more fuel in for cold starts, and your idle jet or passages are not letting fuel in. Have it completely gone through.

Condensation in the gas tank collects at the fuel petcock. Get enough water in there and it gets into the carbs. ALWAYS have a fire extinguisher on hand when working on carburetors.
Remove the water trap bowl at the bottom of the petcock, (gas valve). Is there any water or trash in the bowl? Drain a cup of gas from the tank. Is there any water or trash in the cup? Dump it, clean it and re-mount it, ( not all bikes have a water trap bowl ).

Drain the carburetors. There should be a screw on the lower side or bottom of the carb float bowl. Remove the screw then replace it after the fuel drains. Turn the gas back on and wait a minute for the carb to fill with gas. If the bike doesn't start and run properly then shut off the gas and remove the carburetor from the engine.

Remove the float bowl and clean the entire carb with a spray carb cleaner from the auto parts store. Wear protective goggles to avoid getting spray in your eyes. Spray into all the little airways and fittings in the carb. Put the carb back together and install the carb. Let the float bowl fill then start the engine. This process should get you back on the road.

sounds like the idle circuit in two of the carbs are plugged up or the carburetors need synchronization

Four stroke motor = a sign that your rings are allowing oil to pass into the combustion chamber.

Two stroke motor = normal

The Power Steering has failed. There has been a factory recall for a suddenly failing electrical steering shaft, that could cause the rider to loose control. This does not have to be your problem but anyhow either the electronics or the pump failed. Error codes or messages usually have to be erased by a simple reset procedure or disconnecting a plug, after repairs are done.

Question edited for clarity, but no idea what you mean by - "What do I need to do to get the gay? The clutching gauge in again?" You issue is probably that all the clutch plates are glued together. Check the wiring, especially the engine earth lead.

On the bottom of your speedometer on the left side there is 2 buttons press the far left one for a couple of seconds and the light should go on

The Braided cable goes to battery negative - They normally have a Red Cable to the battery Positive + And if I recall, there is an inline fuse in the positive?
