The F(uel) I(njection) comes on when the ECU locates a malfunctioning sensor.You must go to a dealer's workshop to read the ECU's fail report and check the injection components.Perhaps is just a shortcut in your harness but first check the diagnose to eliminate the fact of a sensor or an injector.
WHEN I POOT THE BIKE INTO FIST OR SECOND IT SLAMES
If the shifting makes the bike "slam" into gear then the engine is running too fast. Put the bike in first gear when the engine is running at a slow speed. When shifting into second gear, let off the throttle as you shift. Do not power shift, use the clutch always.

The rattling noise could be many things. Is something loose on the bike? Are you using premium gas? Lower grades of gas can cause pre-ignition / detonation / engine knock < what ever you care to call it. This is VERY bad for a motor. Only use premium gas and do not us gas with Ethanol.

Drive chain goes loose and tight on back wheel turn
No.That was the problem.The chain and the sprockets needed to be renewed.
When you will take, the rear sprocket's base, off the axle check it's bearing.Just put your finger in and turn it slowly to see if it "locks" instantly.It will be nice if you renew it now that you disassembling the chain drive system.
Bike is going back from second gear to neutrel
DickCanFixIt is probably right in his answer. But before you work on the transmission to replace a bent shift fork try this > When the bike shifts to neutral is your toe under the shift lever or on top?
If toe is under the lever then loosen the shifter lock nut and raise the front of the pedal two notches. If your toe is under the lever lower the lever two notches. It could be your shoe is causing the problem.

Ascertain that the bike least has an automatic gearing system. For example, automactic gears least requires clutch to propel bike. Once the bike is at slow motion captures an improvided speed with acceleration.
Cranks but will not start
The only thing I could imagine would be a safety precaution set by the computer? Possibly your headlights may have to be in working order to complete a circuit or you may have unknowingly pulled on another connection or even blown a fuse. Look over your wiring good, check your fuses, and ensure all your connections are still snapped in. If the bike ran before your tear down, you have forgotten something or pulled something loose. Might even try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes and let the computer reset? Hope this helps.

when was the last time the carbs cleaned out ? clean the fuel tank and lines at the same time , new plugs be good too !

oil light well not off when your engine running. mains low oil pressure or there is a problem in oil circulation, it could be your oil pump or lubricating system
