How would oil get past the pistons and out through
Its not, its coming in from crankcase breather connection you may have fuel in your oil from your carb/carbs. Fuel is making its way from the fuel tank due to bad fuel valve / worn or stuck needle seat or float.

When you are in top gear driving a Honda, you can lift up the shifter pedal with your foot with out pulling in the clutch. The pedal is actually not engaging or doing any thing and will give no resistance. If you are not sure if you are an in top gear You just lift up on the pedal with out engaging the clutch If it moves up freely you know you are in top gear. If you are driving and apply light upward pressure on the pedal and there is resistance , you have another gear to go.

Sounds like a bent shift fork or two. Replacing the bad shift forks is major surgery and is NOT recommended for the inexperienced mechanic. Several special tools are needed. The top end and gearbox get totally torn down just to get to the shift forks. This is a very expensive repair, guessing $2100 or so at the dealers. Bummer. Contact a few dealers to cofirm my view of the problem and the probable repair cost. The shift forks move left and right as the shift drum is rotated when you lift or push down on the shift pedal.
