How to adjust clutch cable

I don't think there is an adjustment at the clutch handle. If your trying to bleed the clutch (being hydraulic) it is on the side of the engine left side as your sitting on the bike / get a hose and a bottle and attach to the bleeder valve on the clutch slave cylinder / remove clutch reservoir cover and have a towel covering all and any paint (be very careful brake fluid will eat paint if left on the paint for too long) attach hose to bleeder valve and the other end of the hose in the bottle/ loosen the valve at this point let gravity do the work/ DO NOT LET THE RESERVOIR GET LOW ON FLUID IF AIR GETS IN THE LINE IT IS VERY HARD TO REMOVE. If your feeling bold you can pull in the clutch handle and close the valve then let go of the handle and reopen the valve pull the clutch handle and close the valve repeat repeat and so on until you have flushed about a 12 oz bottle of fluid through the system, when done close all valve and top off fluid to proper level ( should be a high level mark on the reservoir) reinstall cap and check lever feel . If it is a cable there should be an adjustment in the cable itself or on the engine. the adjustment should be a 10mm or 12mm sized wrench loosen and lengthen the cable to take any slack, you can also adjust the clutch lever this way. Let me know if this helps or if there is a separate concern.

'98 Goldwing. Loss of

Yes, there is a filter on the Goldwing.
Open the fuel access door and look in and towards the right.
You will see a opaque white fuel filter
You need to remove the seat
The radio and plastic housing
There are a couple hidden small white levers in the fuel filler area that need to be unlatched to remove the radio housing.
Check out the link for a service manual of purchase on on-line it will really help with the small tabs and parts. Mike

93 honda goldwing hard to start when cold

First thing, change fuel filter. If that don't work, check to see if choke is operating properly. Check the spark plugs or change. Last but not least, disassemble the carbs and clean. Do one thing at a time and then try starting engine. That way you will discover what is causing you grief.

Rear brake on 1996 goldwing keep loosing pressure

Sounds like the caliper is leaking brake fluid. Have you changed brake fluid lately? That should be done every couple of years. One way or the other, your getting air in the line.

I upload the required amount of air in the suspension on my goldwing that is right for me, and its ok for a good while but all of a sudden the bike is riding low and all air is gone.. what do you thin

Check to to see if you have an air leak in the air lines from compressor to the shocks with a soapy solution in a spray bottle. If you do not fine a leak the shocks them selves may be leaking. One other thing to check is the air line that goes into the right saddle bag and check the valve core.

Gl1500 goldwing white smoke

There is an air box drain tube that has a plug in it underneath the bike. Pull the plug out to drain the tube and replace plug. This should be done occasionally. That is my experience.

96 goldwing radio no volume

Had the same problem, there is a fuse on the left side, way down under all that stuff, it is just a line fuse to the radio, it has blown, it is not in the book, and it hides real good. Drove us nuts looking for it. And when we were ready to buy a new radio, we found the fuse. Took 8 hours to totally dismantle bike to find it. Will take you 10 minutes, good luck.

My 93 goldwing has no

Actually all shocks are oil dampened - the air pressure just increases the dampening effect of the oil. In all Goldwings the front shocks air pressure is adjustable and supposed to be 6 psi.
If you no longer have the air ports on the shocks then something is very wrong with this bike - the front fork has been modified, the shocks have been replaced with non genuine parts. Have the bike inspected by a Honda certified repair shop immediately.

Can I replace my 1995 cassette player for a newer CD player?

Yes, I would check out some of the upgrades available at your local Honda dealer... then look for similar models on eBay or Amazon. They'll be alot cheaper. I helped a friend change out his cassette for a cd unit on an older Harley, it was relatively easy.
