It runs fine on interstate then when you slow down it wants to die

Try and run the engine with a carb cleaner fluid in the fuel. It sounds as if your carb is gummed up. You could also get the carbs cleaned, or do it yourself. This fault is usually because the idle jets are blocked or partially blocked.

Broken bolts finding it difficult to remove casing

sometimes trying to use an easy out you buy from the hardware are as brittle and even after you get the hole drilled they snap off in the hole and you are in worse trouble,or when you drill the hole it can run off centre and damage the thread.I would take it to your bike shop tey do these all the time,if too hard to get to mechanic then if there is some of the bolt sticking out then tap the end with the hammer sometimes it moves it a bit then you can use a locking pair of pliars.if there is not much bolt file it flat then use a centre punch to get the drill started in the middle of the bolt, then use some crc then you can try with the easy out but dont use it too hard or it will snap off just take your time. hope this helps cheers

Head light died while driving low or high beam

You have a two position switch in the starter button. Push the button halfway in and the lights go out so all the power goes to the starter and ignition system for starting. Push the button all the way in and the starter engages. I suspect the button is either broken or dirty causing the lights not to work ( it is stuck in the halfway in position ) Try cleaning ,bypassing , or replacing to see if it fixes the problem.

I was out riding yesterday when all of a sudden my

the regulator only keeps the voltage regulated to about 13v charge for the battery no matter what speed you ride..if the regulator did not work correctly you might start to burn out light bulbs. So when you put in the new regulator make sure your battery is at least at 12.3v minimum if not you will have to push start it and ride it for about 15 minutes on an open highway to charge the battery back up to at least 12.6v-12.7v...13v is perfect. (if none of your other fuses blew then all other electrics should work), so i would double check all of your fuses just to make sure.

My 95 cbr 600 f3 pops out of 2nd gear into neutral

sounds like a bent shifter fork. Happens quite often if you like to wheelie (I know, I'm on my 3rd tranny). If you are gentle in second, it will not get worse while you are waiting to fix it.
