Are you talking about the inner seals or outers seals ,either way its a long and labour intensive job.If you have never done it before then its best to get help from a friend ,Fitting the seals is quite easy ,its the stripping down that takes the time ,and how much oil to put in is found in your workshop manual .if you don't have a manual then you may find one in your local libary .

remove it replace with new one

Take off tank,air cleaner, remove carb. Disconnect from head. Then disconnect from handle.

there probably be a video in you tube type your question there

have you checked for good compression? maybe the piston rings a shot
also make sure that the exhaust is not blocked
where are you spraying the starting fluid? into the airbox or straight into the carb

the other thing you could try is removing the plug and spraying directly into the head the quickly replacing the plug and kicking the bike if this dosnt work then the ring are deffintly broken

Is the sidestand down, some bikes have a safety interlock that kills the engine when the bike is put into gear with the sidestand down.

The Power Steering has failed. There has been a factory recall for a suddenly failing electrical steering shaft, that could cause the rider to loose control. This does not have to be your problem but anyhow either the electronics or the pump failed. Error codes or messages usually have to be erased by a simple reset procedure or disconnecting a plug, after repairs are done.

Check the wiring, especially the engine earth lead.

On the bottom of your speedometer on the left side there is 2 buttons press the far left one for a couple of seconds and the light should go on
