Need to know what your air cleaner is like, what your running fuel pressure is and what your battery voltage is like and then you are a long ways towards a solution.
Hold in the odometer button turn ignition you go to each letter hold it down. See a code write it down, then click to the next letter and do the same. At end of last one hold the button till it says clear. Shut bike off turn it back on and see if it runs like normal.
