I have a 2005 Road King, when I turn the ignition on a yellow light comes on, on the left side of the speedometer does this have something to do with the oil pressure. ?

It's the low oil pressure warning lamp. It's suppose to come on at every start up. It will stay on for a couple seconds after the engine starts. This is normal.

How do i know if my air filter needs replacing

Hi there. Well you can remove it and tap it on the ground or blow it out with air or if you are having problems with the engine blowing black smoke ,as that will tel you that its not getting enough air mixture or just look and if it looks dirty in between the folds then get a new one.

What damage may I have done by reverse polarity jump start?

I know nothing about the bike but I would expect the ignition module to be damaged. Electronics does not like being fed power the wrong way.
