No, it is not going to affect the swing arm but will only lower the chassis with respedct to the swing arm height whoich will remain the same.

You need to state what code you are inquiring about.

Confusing. The cam sensor does not crank so what are you saying about that and was the master fuse blown or you just replaced it as a possible solution to no starter. THEN what happens when you turn on the ignition and what happens when you press the starter button. One thing you could do to assess whether or not the starter is okay or not is to bring power directly to the small wire on the solenoid and if the solenoid is okay it will engage the starter drive and turn the starter over. If the solenoid is not good this will not happen. If you were to bring power directly to the starter post that connects to the solenoid and the starter spins you will know that the starter will spin but not any more than that. If the battery is dead or below about 12 VDC you may hear a small click if the starter relay is energizing but if you hear a louder click the solenoid is not energizing and if you hear a number of the louder clicks the solenoid is trying to operate but may not have enough battery voltage or the starter drive is not able to mesh with the ring gear or the solenoid contacts are burned or the starter ground is poor/corroded or you have poor/corroded positive battery post or other cable etc connections. Find out why it is out and fix the problem which will reset the idle to what it should be. The idle set screw is a special one that requires a special tool to move BECAUSE it should never need to be adjusted as the IAC and the computer set the idle and it it is out of specs it is because something other than the position of the idle set screw is out of whack and needs to be fixed. The base problem may or may not set a DTC dep3ending on what is out of whack BUT it is alwasy a good idea to display any codes if there are any as a strting point to diagnosis.

You could have a misfire for a number of reasons. If you have diagnosed an intake leak you will need to replace the seals at the head and/or the carburetor depending where you ahve located the leak. If you have not located a leak but just suspect one post a comment to be advised how to find an intake leak.

Some light rocker noise is to be expected.If more than that please advise what the sound is like and when you get it etc.

If you are inclined to fix anything on your bike, invest in a shop manual. They include wiring diagrams, plus helpful hints. The Harley brand is most complete, in my experience ranging from $30-$40. The money you save on labor will pay for the manual on your first project.
