Have a Suzuki C50 Boulevard will crank and run and sit still idling but will shut off riding in first gear the FI light is on the instrument cluster

Are there any other light on the dash display? FI refers to the Fuel Injection system. If it is on and staying on it is possibly an electronics fault detected by the ECU, (Electronics Control Unit). You should get a good mechanic to look at this as they will have the correct diagnostic tools.

Color code diagram for an ignition switch on a GZ250 Suzuki plz thank u

Unfortunately, I couldn't find a color code diagram for the ignition switch of a GZ250 Suzuki motorcycle. However, the ignition switch usually has the following wires:
  1. Red wire: This is the main power supply wire that connects to the battery or the fuse box.
  2. Black wire: This wire is usually connected to the ground or the frame of the motorcycle.
  3. Brown wire: This wire is connected to the starter solenoid or the starter button.
  4. Yellow wire: This wire is connected to the lighting system, such as the headlight, turn signals, and brake lights.
  5. Blue wire: This wire is connected to the ignition system, which includes the spark plugs, coils, and other ignition components.
It's important to note that the color coding may vary depending on the model and year of the motorcycle. If you need further assistance, I recommend consulting a Suzuki dealer or a certified motorcycle mechanic. They will have the knowledge and experience to help you with your specific motorcycle model.

Spark plug gap for 2010 Suzuki 49cc moped

The spark plug gap for a 2010 Suzuki 49cc moped should be 0.6-0.7mm or 0.024-0.028 inches.
It's important to consult your owner's manual or service manual for the specific gap recommended by the manufacturer, as different models and years may have different requirements. It's also a good idea to check the gap of your spark plug when you install it as they can sometimes be out of spec.

1986 Suzuki Intruder Vs 700 won't shift when running

More information please. What EXACTLY is it doing? Slack clutch lever? Stuck clutch lever? Crunching or grinding as you try to shift? Grabbing and stalling as it selects the gear? Start at the clutch lever. Check it is pulling the cable then check at the transmission end that the cable is connected and moving with the lever. Next check the lever on the actual transmission. Does it seem too tight or too slack? These will give clues as to where the issue could be. It's a 37 year old bike so is it the original Clutch? Even motorcycle clutches wear out.

Have a 2004 suzuki jr80 dirt bike and the kick start shaft is stripped do i have to split the casing to change shaft

Yes, you will need to split the casing in order to replace the kick start shaft. The exact details of the process vary depending on the model of your dirt bike, but it will likely involve draining the engine oil, removing the side cover and clutch, and then removing the kick start shaft. Once the shaft is out, you can replace it with the new one and reassemble the engine.

Need to know how to install a ignition switch for my 2000 gz250 Suzuki Marauder

1. Start by disconnecting the negative battery cable from the battery. 2. Remove the screws that hold the ignition switch in place and then remove the switch from its mounting bracket. 3. Disconnect the wiring harness from the back of the ignition switch and then remove it completely from the motorcycle. 4. Install the new ignition switch in its mounting bracket, making sure to line up all of the screw holes with those on the bracket. 5. Securely tighten all of the screws to ensure a tight fit. 6. Reconnect all of the wiring harnesses to their respective terminals on the back of the ignition switch, making sure that each wire is connected to its correct terminal and that all connections are secure and tight. 7. Re-connect the negative battery cable to its terminal on the battery and test out your new ignition switch to make sure it is working properly before you take your motorcycle out for a ride!

Hi, how much oil goes in the forks of 1982 suzuki gs 750 t

The amount of oil that goes in the forks of a 1982 Suzuki GS 750T will depend on the type of forks that are installed on the motorcycle. It is important to use the correct amount of oil to ensure that the forks are functioning properly. If your Suzuki GS 750T has standard telescopic forks, you will need to add 10.8 ounces (320 mL) of fork oil to each fork. If your motorcycle has air-assisted forks, you will need to consult the owner's manual to determine the correct amount of oil to use. To add oil to the forks, you will need to remove the fork caps and use a fork oil level gauge or a piece of wire to measure the amount of oil in the forks. If the oil level is too low, add oil until the forks are filled to the correct level. If the oil level is too high, remove excess oil until the forks are at the correct level. I hope this information helps! Let me know if you have any other questions.

My 2007 King Quad 450 Suzuki will not start with the green start button but I can use the pull rope and it will start and run fine. what is the cause?

It sounds like there may be an issue with the starter circuit on your 2007 Suzuki King Quad 450. The fact that the bike will start and run fine when using the pull rope, but not when using the green start button, suggests that there is a problem with the connection between the button and the starter motor. Possible causes for this issue include a faulty starter button, a broken or corroded starter relay, or a problem with the starter motor itself. Additionally, there may be an issue with the wiring or connections in the starter circuit that is preventing power from reaching the starter motor when the button is pressed. It's recommended to check the wiring connections and fuses, and ensure they are all secure and not corroded. And also check the starter relay, it might be malfunctioning and preventing power from reaching the starter motor when the button is pressed. If the problem persists, it's best to take it to a professional mechanic to diagnose and fix the issue.
