Final drive has noise coming from it and gear box
i have one of these, check the oil level in the final drive and the colour, replace with good quality 80-90 gear oil,if the noise doesnt go away you may find that one of the bearings in the final drive is worn, often what happens on these bikes is that because the final drive is virtually maint free people dont change the oil and the oil becomes contaminated with particles from the crownwheel, pinion, and bearings and the bearings will evetually fail,i change the final drive oil on mine every time i do the engine oil change and after125000km is still dead quiet
Carb cleaning questions
The beast hates to be cold, try using oxy guard on all terminals. Recommend you keep the gas clean and run the bike, it likes to run.
Need to replace clutch plates
It isn't very hard to change the plates. You will need an impact driver to loosen screws and the clutch spring bolts and center nut. Normally the only plates that need replaced are the fiber friction plates and not the metal pressure plates. Go to
www.babbittsonline.com to see an exploded view of your clutch. Note that the 1st plate and last plate should be a fiber friction plate. Also note that the center nut has a special lock washer. To loosen the nut you must first unbend the spot on the washer that is stopping the nut from turning.
I have 2001 suzuki katana
i would suggest that you put a meter on your ignition switch to see if the voltage is been thrown across the switch then the kill switch make sure its not on ( i know it sounds silly but trust me ive dont it myself) check with meter
just a thought did you check that the battery is fully charged i know its new but some come with hardly any voltage
if all of the above are ok then check the starter relay
Hope this helps

I brought a 99 suzuki
If it needs rings it will be smoking badly will poor performance and lots of "tinging" noises.
I suspect the main jet is blocked or damaged. Strip the carb down and refurbish it.
Hope that helps.
Battery stays charged for about 10 days, then the
You have a battery that has a bad cell maybe, or you may have a short to ground thst is depleting your battery. Charge your battery and disconnect the pos lead and check the battery charge daily. if it falls more than 2 volts over 5 days you have a bad cell and you are probably looking at a new battery. Take a look at the fluid level in each cell. Fluid level that uncovers the plates may be the problem. You have to check the level at least once a month unless you have a maintenance free battery.
I had a flot stuck
I would change the float valve as they do suffer from wear and corrosion, especially if stood for a long time with no fuel.
Starter circuit
these have a complex wiring so get an manual , or check the scribd on the net if any free copy is there
What is the firing order
the firing order is 1-4-2-3 cylinders 1 and 4 share the same coil and cylinders 2 and 3 share the second coil, I had this bike and you really can't ge them mixed up as they are marked at the coils
Where is the rectifier located on my 2004 suzuki katana 600
Behind the radiator on the left side. It is the device with cooling fins, even though the electronic parts are embedded in rubber paste. The location isn't ideal and sudden defects leave people stranded so what people do is relocate the regulator/rectifier to a cooler place. Perhaps to the air inlet, under the air filter. Follow the three, mostly, yellow cables that originate from the stator when you don't find it behind the radiator.

Why my Suzuki TF 125 losses power in the midway? What are the causes for such loss of power?
What do you mean by "Midway"? How old is this motorbike? What exactly did you do to clean the carburettor? Is it a new spark plug and a new, clean air filter? Did you empty the fuel tank to remove the fuel tap to clean the filter on the inside of the tap?
Is it doing anything else? Things like - is it hard to start, has heavier exhaust smoke or it has a rough and uneven idle.

Bypass immobilizer on 2007 Suzuki R6
You can't, the computerized system is in place to stop exactly what you are trying to do, Steal the bike without the correct credentials. You can't reprogram or over-ride the computer. You need a bike electrician.
