We replaced the camshaft and bushings on the Q

The original cam and bushings were replaced for a reason. The reason is still there. The only thing that would cause the cam and bushing to wear so badly is a serious lack of lubrication. Normally the OHC is going to last the entire life of the bike and then some.

You need to find out what is stopping oil from getting to the top end. Bad oil pump? Plugged up oil passage? Little oil in the crankcase? Plugged up oil filter? Bushings in backwards covering the oil feed hole? Head gasket upside down and blocking the oil flow? The problem is not going away until the cause is found.

Please rate this solution. Thanks!

Maintance

ProClean is good stuff but not worth the money. The only reason I had it was because I won a create of it at our clubs Supercross race it's too expensive in my opinion. I buy 40 litre containers of stuff called TFR which stands for Traffic Film Remover, it basically is a detergent like ProClean, Simple Green and all the others, only it costs a fraction of the price and isn't deluted. This means you can delute it to your own strength for different causes. You can see it removing dirt as you watch, like someone said above. You can not use it pure on the bike however, it will make alloy parts go dull - as my buddy found out lol. ,,,

Tires

Under well-lit conditions look for any signs of punctures (such as nails or shards of glass) which might potentially lead to a loss of pressure or a blowout. Bulging or cracking might also occur on old tires; make sure you roll your bike forward in order to see all surface areas that come in contact with the road.,

Brake dust removal

long-armed brush is usually the best way scrub off brake dust and dirt. Apply a wheel cleaner first and let it settle before scrubbing it off. Chrome wheels will require specific cleaners so be aware of your wheel's finish before purchasing a cleaner. Don't use tire dressing products as their glossy finishes can compromise grip,,

I'm trying to find a Top end rebuild kit for a 2010 Qlink Front Runner 500 for carb. Everything listed appears to be EFI. HELP please.

The good news is that there are rebuild kits available specifically for carbureted engines. To ensure compatibility, I recommend checking if there's a rebuild tag on your carburetor. This thin metal tag is often held by one of the small screws that connect the top and bottom halves of the carburetor. It contains essential information about the carburetor model. If the rebuild tag is missing, you can try looking up the kit using the number stamped into the side of the carb body. Alternatively, provide the make and model details to your parts supplier-they should be able to assist you. Carburetor Rebuild Kits: While most listings might focus on EFI, there are still options available for carbureted engines. Consider searching for a custom carburetor rebuild kit specifically designed for your 2010 Qlink Front Runner 500. These kits include components needed for a top-end rebuild. One such option is the QLink Front Runner FR 500 UTV 4x4 Custom Carburetor Carb Stage 1-3 Jet Kit available on Amazon. It offers increased performance, faster throttle response, and stops lean exhaust popping. Remember to double-check the compatibility and specifications before making a purchase.

Sorry, I have a Qlink Sapero 250, 2007its been overheating can you please give me some tips on how to start finding the problem ?

I am not familiar with the model but overheating of any engine usually have causes in common. If the engine is running as intended the cooling system should be able to dissipate all the heat it produces with a suitable safety margin. Overheating occurs when the engine produces more heat than can be dissipated by the cooling system - usually because the cooling system has become inefficient either because of reduced coolant circulation or reduced airflow through the radiator or as if often the case, a combination of both. Waterpumps with a plastic impeller sometimes lose a vane and radiators become partially blocked...

Can i use lucas oil stabilizer in a wet Clutch motorcycle i have a qlink legacy 250cc

I wouldn't. You only need to use motorcycle oil for a wet clutch. No other additives are needed. Change your oil every 3k miles or once a season. Do not use regular car oil as most of them have additives (friction modifiers) that will make a wet clutch slip when you don't it too.
