How to make the clock work ,it stoped

Check the fuse panel to ascertain "no power" because a fuse had blown. If fuses are OK, use an ohm meter (multi-tester) to ascertain there's zero resistance between the ground wire and a nearby nut, bolt, or metal surface. If ground wire is OK, change setting on multi-tester to 15 DC volts and touch each wire (while black probe is well grounded) to ascertain there's power when the ignition key is "on." If power wire and ground wire is OK, then more likely, the clock is a factory defect. It be cheaper to wear a wrist watch than to replace the clock. You can also get an LCD stick-on clock to attach to your moped instead of spending $$ to replace a non-critical component. 95008b50-a090-4b06-9369-087234ac266c.jpg

My topboy (2 stroke) motorcycle problem is overheating

is this a 2 stroke scooter? if it is, try to premix your gasoline. and try to test it. if it works, then your autolube has a problem. if it is a 4 stroke. try to check your coil. and try borrowing another coil and test it.

When do i change the belt? miles?

Been using before a scooter, Preferably changing the belt is actually depends on how you use your bike everyday i.e, you use it to go to work or use it as a utility vehicle. If you are just using the bike just to go to work I can say that you change the belt when it reaches 6 to 8 months, and if you are using it as a utility vehicle and carries a lot of loads everyday my advise is change it every after 2 to 3 months just to make sure.

Cheers . . .

How do I get the battery out the cords seem to be

if your charger has a 'start' function on it ( it will say this in writing on the charger itself ), then you should be ok to start the bike using it. but if it is just a standard charger then do not try it -- it could damage the charger. as far as removing the battery from the bike to charge it ( wires to short ),, try and loosen the wires and remove the wires from the battery and then remove the battery and charge it. if this is not possible -- then at least try and remove the negative cable from the battery and then charge the battery in the bike. the next thing to try is to just use a cars battery to jump the bike and get it started,, once it is started - use a volt meter and test to make sure the battery is being charged by the bike. there is also a chance that the battery needs to be replaced.

Looking for a free Workshop manual download

Engineers make a living using the manual they have had to purchase. There is not a fat chance of finding one on line from a reputable source.
If you find one, please let everyone else know where it came from.
Thank you.

Genral oil change

Look for the oil dip stick. Now look under underneath the area of bike where the dip stick is. You'll see a round disc with a bolt. That is the drain plug. Now you found it lets begin.
1. Warm the bike up.
2. Turn bike off.
3. Take oil dip stick out.
4. Have your oil pan under the bike
5.. Unbolt drain plug. A spring and screen will come out keep them together.
6. After oil finished draining. Make sure Screen is clean before replacing back in with the spring.
7. Start the bolt in by hand then finish with tightening with socket.
8. Put oil dip stick back in. you're ready to go!

It takes 15W 40 ( .9 liters) Don't forget to press yes if this was helpful : )

Carburater adjustment

Look for vacuum leaks in hoses and gaskets. If you feel comfortable I would remove it and rebuilt it. Could be the float is sinking because it has a hole in it. Parts are relatively cheap but hard to spec out. Should have a number on the carb body that the shop will want in order to find the parts. May be a number on the bike, not the model number. Check the book if you have it or ask a shop where it would be. Do not use wire to clean out ports!. I use brake cleaner (green can).
