What is the oil capacity
I would put in 2 qts and then slowly add part of the third till the level comes up. No bike, not even a big one holds much more than 3 qts oil. But I'm sure you will safe at putting in 2.+. Hope this helps.

Hi,iwould like to fit a remote starter on my
you will have to use a relay. connect pin 85 on the relay to the negative out wire on the remote starter, this wire is the bypass wire, then connect pin 86 to constant 12volt, then pin 30 will goto 12 volt constant aswell and pin 87 will go to the wire on your brake leaver that sends 12 volts out (there is probibly 2 wires coming from the brake leaver switch) connect 87 to the one that does not have 12volts on it at rest

Spark plg keeps coming off
If it is the plug cap that is falling off it could be that a little alloy nipple is missing off the top of the plug. If it is the plug itself that is falling out of the cylinder head you have probably got a stripped thread in the head(or if you recently bought & fitted this plug it is probably the wrong one).
remove the plug &check the thread by looking at it with a torch.
If it is a stripped thread in the cylinder head you should be able to get it repaired using a thread insert like a "helicoil or recoil" trread insert. A good motorbike shop should have the insert & skill to repair it with the insert WITHOUT REMOVING THE CYLINDER HEAD.
Here in Australia it costs about $70 parts & labour MAX.
Iv'e done hundereds with no problem.
Hope this helps you sort it out

Battery keeps loosing charge- kymco cruiser 125, 2005
I had this exact same problem on a hipster 125, it was a faulty regulator module ( mounted under the seat) I also found a short circuit (somewhere) in the wiring loom between the regulator output and the chassis (probably what killed the regulator in the first place!) I cut and replaced the entire wire to save removing most of the loom and after testing reg to ensure it was dead i fitted a new one (about £60) bike charges and runs like a dream now even with fully lights approx 80% of the time. good luck

I have a kymco hipster
Check your fuses and if they're good, check the connections at the far end of the battery cables. If they are clean and tight, check the battery cables themselves for continuity. If all of the above are good, start troubleshooting from the keyswitch back. If you know which terminals to jump out at the keyswitch for the lights, jump them out; if the lights light up, suspect the switch.
Electric start dose not work
check your connection..first check the battery power, if the power is full, check the fuse just connected not far from the battery, if is also good, check the starter moter,,i hope u will be helped

The bike starts up and
Hi ice_basher
You need to check the following
1) . The carborator & air filter are proper or not.
2). The race & pickup is adjusted or not.
3). Ask your mechanic to chk the power output in bhp. Match it with the pescribed one.
4). The accelerator & clutch are properly working or not.
Your problem can be because of any of these. Please do a through check.
CDI Buzzing
get a screwdriver and cross the start solanoid and see if it turns over and the buzzing might be from a low battery try charging your battery up first
No lights will work on my kymco scooter everything else works
Using a volt meter, check to see if there is voltage at the wire connector at the light. If there is enough voltage, then you have a bad light or bad ground. If no power, then look at the switch or a bad wire/connection .
