Any easy way to bleed
With a vacuum type bleeder is the easiest & best way. They can be purchased at the auto parts store
Leaking transmission oil
Thank you for contacting FixYa with your inquiry.
We probably need a little more information on the year and model to provide exacting details of the parts involved.
In general clean the engine up real good and try to determine the source of the leak. It might be something as simple as a loose case bolt that just needs to be tightened.
Might be a gasket, O-Ring, or a seal. Most cases these are pretty easy to remove and replace. Sometimes gasket sealer or silicone gasket maker can be your best friend.
Search your bike info on the below fiche finder and it should help identify possible leak locations and related parts.

2005 ktm 125sx how to
The Magura hydraulic clutches on KTM's aren't really adjustable. If it's dragging a little when you put it into gear, there is still air in the system. The proper way to install the fluid is to fill it with a syringe from the bleeder screw until the reservior is full. This insures there is no air in the system. There are kits available aftermarket specifically for Magura hydraulic clutches that come with a syringe and a new line for around 30 dollars. It is a good idea to change the fluid and line every couple of seasons.
I have a 2003 sx125
If the carbs are the same inlet and outlet size and you swap the jets, it should work fine
Lowering seat height
you can lower the seat height by adjusting the rear shock preload decreased the pre load and it will lower the seat height atleast by an inch or two...
My bike throttle is cutting
Your bike has a rev limiter on it when it reaches a certain level it starts cutting out to save the motor from blowing up

You will need to bleed the system. This occurs after long periods of sitting.
Leaking behind the front sprocket..
Yes changing that seal is going to require thus splitting the cases. So if you have the time and tools it is maybe two weekend project. As for how long a mechanic is going to take, it is going to depend on them and how good/familiar they are with the bike. KTMs tend to be a little weird and take longer to get parts for than say a honda or yamaha.
Could you tell me what
The long standing ratio is 32 to 1. Thats 4oz 2 stroke engine oil to 1 gallon of fuel. Some new oils say 50 to 1. Personally, I would stay with 32 to 1. I like to play it safe.
How do i lower my
you will have to take the sub frame off the back which is about 4 bolts on most youll have 2 nuts above the shock the top one is just a lock nut back it off then raise the lower nut do not tighten it down on the shock this will raise the bike (dont make since but true)

What tyre pressures should i
A low of 11 psi, for muddy conditions only without rocks or big jumps. A high of 15 psi for very rocky or large jump landings. I run a constant 13 psi.
KICK START ON BIKE WILL
Wow - a number of things could cause that, anything from a bolt coming out in the engine and getting wedged in the motor somewhere to a total piston seize.
You're going to at least have to pull the head and probably the cylinder to find the issue!
My ktm 85 will only
Yes your wise friend it correct, you may need to remove and clean the carb and possibly buy a new float needle and seat, this is the little valve that should stop the flow of fuel when the carb is full.
You shouldnt need to start it with the fuel off if this is working correctly
Doesnt really matter if is a 85 or an 850, the carbs all work the same way
I have a 99 KTM
