WHY CDI gives problem? what is the pric of XCD 125 cdi price?

You don't give a location Ravi? Have you checked all the wiring harness for breaks, poor connectors etc. KTM is a quality brand but expensive. You may want to be sitting down when you find the price. Why do you suspect the cdi unit? The workshop manual usually tells you how to test with a meter. If you don't have the knowledge to test it, get the info, and take the bike to an expert. Don't just trade parts for guessing. Get the info, check the wiring for rub marks, damage etc and go online to find your nearest KTM agent.

I can hear the liquid in my forks. does that mean

All bikes use a special oil in the forks, and do not have the forks completely full. There needs to be room for the compression of the forks when hitting a bump. Most forks are only filled 3 to 5 inches from the top of the fork. That is why the liquid in the forks can sometimes be heard.

Why is my engine makin a knockin sound

This problem sounds like your lower crankshaft bearing is worn.
the only way to be sure is to pull the top end to expose the rod and center it and see if it has noticeable movement up and down play.
If the crank needs rebuilding make sure you also replace the main bearings
and new seal kit, piston and rings Etc.

I do also need a new engine,

you probably blew a gasket, any engine is repairable and rebuild-able but if you want the easy and quick way.... go to a salvage yard.

Engine rebuild

Take it a part and do it right or you will only tear it up worse when you clean it and get it running again.

New engine

Newer engine will require it's own electrical installation ECU and more stuff that eventually it will probably cost you more than to by a newer bike. And all that after making sure that the pin holes of the new engine fits the pin holes in your frame.Needs a lot of work and money.

Power band

Changing the exhaust pipe (expantion chamber) to a pipe that give more low end toque. Most aftermarket pipes work on the to end of the power range. Or You would need to have the cylinder ported.

250cc engine

250cc engines vary on size and design by make and model. It is possible to put on in however you will have to make a bunch of modifications and possibly make some new engine mounts and on top of that it may not be a Kawasaki motor tha ends up fitting. For the difference in power its not really worth the hassle unless you are on an adventure..

I have no spark 2000 KTM 125 sx

Before going to the CDI system go ahead and check the kill switches including the side stand switch, with an Ohmmeter. How good is the battery? Check the fuses. Check the wiring harness. Are all wires clean and with a solid connection? Any abraded wires? Check the operation of the ignition switch with a volt ohmmeter. Is the bike in neutral and the neutral light is lit up?

You can download a free PDF factory service manual by going to the website below >
http://www.carlsalter.com/motorcycle-manuals.asp
The manual should tell you in detail how to test the CDI and other electrics.

Ktm 125 sx the clutch wont engage and disengage

You will need to slightly loosen the line where it goes into the master cylinder,...then squeeze the lever and hold it in...fluid should come out. While holding lever in,re-tighten bolt. You should get a lil bit of lever feel now. Making sure there is fluid in the resrvoir,...squeeze lever multiple times, and hold it in,....loosen the banjo bolt again,...slowly,..untill fluid rushes out. Then,..while holding lever in,retighten banjo bolt again. Check fluid,...then pump the lever multiple times again, and you should be getting some good lever feel now. After this, you may need to bleed the air out at the bleeder a couple times till alll the air is out.
