glueing it together won't work so...

If it's only the foot rest that's broken, then seek online for a decent store and order it, ask your dealer to order it, or if he has it in stock, or look on something like ebay for someone who sells parts.

if however the chassis is damaged too, then it might be best to contact your dealer to have him check it out.

hi buddy you have to remove the rear seat with the key slot below the main seat and lift the rear seat off and pull the cap off the bottle and refill thats it bud

It takes fresh gas; spark at the correct time and compression. If you have these three things, ithas no option but to run.

Gas fresh?

Plugs with spark?

Check the time at what ever type of device turns your coil on, magnetis or points.

well thats the battery i guess its not turning the engine over fast enough for it to fire also try bumping it in 2-3 gear if it starts you know ya problem battery if it still doesnt go get back to me buddy

Dump the special oil and go back to 10w40 motor oil. The manufacturer does not recommend any "special" oils be used. They can cause the clutch friction disks to swell among other problems like you currently are having. If possible, stick with the name brands; Shell, Mobil, Pennzoil, Quaker State, etc.. It may take awhile to rid the bike of the synthetic oil but get it out of the gearbox as soon as possible.

are you putting 2 stroke oil in the bottle in the seat if not thats what will keep happening

front fork capacity is 285 cc per leg, but you need to take the spring out and fully extend the forks and measure 140mm from the top and thats where your oil needs to sit.

Remove the sprocket cover plate then remove the bolt or keeper clip holding the sprocket on the shaft. Switch sprockets and your'e done. Pretty simple.

You didn't say that the bike was not reaching full revs. Therefor The only thing that limits top end is the gearing. Call the dealer and find out how many teeth are on the stock front sprocket and the stock rear sprocket. Chances are that you have maybe 1 tooth less on the front sprocket and 4+ teeth more than stock on the rear sprocket. The smaller the front sprocket and the larger the rear sprocket, the lower the top speed will be.
