There is a wire that runs from inside the magneto and goes to the coil. Check if you get any spark from that wire,(don't confuse with lighting wire) if nothing then you may need to remove the magneto cover and look for loose or snapped wiring.Hope this helps.
Carb problems
the float is sticking or valve for level has a piece of something preventing it from sealing. Your going to have to open up the carb and inspect and clean.

If the kick-start wont turn then it may well be seized, partially seized if you are lucky.
Spray some p.t.f.e. based lubricant down the spark plug hole, leave for 20 mins, then ease kick-start down.
If this has no effect then it will need a top-end rebuild ( this could mean just piston rings, but it may well need a new piston & rebore)

At least 140 bar, if lower than 130 then the engine top-end needs inspecting to investigate for damage
The easiest way is to remove the exhaust & shine a light into the cylinder, then you can tell the condition of the piston outer & cylinder liner inner.

If it cranks over easily, normally, then I would suspect the spark, but if it won't spin over, somebody got something too tight. Did you check the oil? How about the mechanic, did he oil up the new piston? How about the fuel? Fuel pump? Choke stuck on, was the timing set? Does it have an overhead cam? Check the belt? Check the timing again. Then go to the coils. Run/kill button, kick stand switch, is it stuck in gear? Check this stuff out.
Cant get aprilia rs 125 started
You need to box that thing up and ship it to me immediately. I will get to it and back in your hands no latter then say......2012...2013 at the latest.
Fine.
Pull your plug after you try to start it. What does it look like? If it's wet your problem is flooding, electrical or bad fuel. If it's dry your not getting fuel.
After you check the plug please repost here with what you find and I can help you out with a more specific cause.

iya mate ive just read your artical it could be your starter motor if not has your battery got enough power init to turn the electric start or try the kick start

Almost certain to be a blockage somewhere in the carb. But first check you have a spark at the plug before ANYTHING else . Only cure is to take the carb off & clean it. The float bowl at least. If you take the jets out, blow them clear, DONT poke anything metal down them. All the joys of owning a two stroke I,m afraid. If leaving it for a while good idea to turn the fuel off & let the motor use up whats in the carb. Good luck...Barry
Before i did my usual yearly top-end rebuild my
As lopng as your water is circulating, you should have no problems .,But make sure you don't have an air lock .Your fan should cut in at a certain temp ,this is a safe guard to stop the engine getting too hot .If your bike was running at its normal temp of 69/70 ,I would be asking the question why its not now .Is your thermostat working as it should do .If its stuck open then you will have a free flowing system and providing you have a good cooling air flow over the engine the temperature may not rise as it did before .But the test will come if you are stuck in heavy traffic where there is no air flow ,your fan should cut in to cool the water . It may be nothing to worry about ,but If it was my bike I would be asking the question why I take it that you have put the correct rated thermostat on the bike .if so have you tested it off the bike by placing it in a jug and poured boiling water on it , to see if its working properly ?.
Hello, i have rotax 123 , i have 5 week a go i put
Check your spark plug is it fouled?. Do you see any oil leaks on the floor? When you get the bike running does it emit bluish smoke? Is the bike sluggish and struggling when you accelerate, then either you have piston ring leakage, valve guide leakage or gasket leakage... Check all yourself carefully...
