AND THE AIR MIX IS . YOU CAN PULL YOUR CHOKE ABOUT 1/4 THE WAY AND SEE IF IT
RUNS IN GEAR . IF NO ONE HAS MESSED WITH THE JETS ON YOUR CARB , YOU SHOULD
BE GOOD TO GO . TIP; GAS THATS SITS COLLECTS WATER FROM THE 10% ETHL SO
CHANGE IT .

the same problem happened my py90 try taking out the sparkplug blowing in the hole to clean it out and if that doesnt work blow into the petrol cap really fast wen ur finished blowing put ur finger over the cap dont let any air out then kick start it about 6 times it should work on 2 kick starts but keep ur finger over the petrol cap

When i put my PY90 into gear it goes straight off can you adjust the clutch?

I presume you mean the air bleed jet. If so screw it in GENTLY till bottomed out then unscrew 1.5 - 2 turns. Adjust when warmed up.

Sounds like something is wrong in the clutch pulley, maybe the rollers are stuck.

adjust mixture screw and get back to me just fiddle with it buddy

identical to a previous inquiry, remove any headstock covers and locate a recessed grub screw, insert Allen key, remove and extract ignition barrel usually by pushing down.if it dont move dont force it you may have to turn key!

go buy a new one...you need to ask a bit more detailed question here if you want some help..

tdc the piston and on the cam sproket thers a 0 on it aline this with the notch on the head that faces forward place the sproket with the 0 facking this mark then bolt up then replace the cam tensioner

Generally when the chain comes off it is because it is too loose or has gotten something in it.
There may be something lodged by the front or rear sprocket.
Did you check the teeth on both sprockets after reinstalling the chain?
Is the chain bent sideways? (not likely but possible)
Has the chain been properly adjusted since it came off?
Is the rear wheel straight in the frame?

you must buy the correct puller from a jobber or from artic cat dealer. it looks like a long threaded bolt that screws into the center of the clutch do not attemp to remove any other way you will damage the clutch or even worse the crank shaft. these pullers are usually around 25.00$

Cold air is denser and you'll get more air in the bike and the engine compensates with more fuel. It's cold as hell at 20F outside but damn does the bike run crisp!,,

James alot of these import bikes are a copy of a more well known bike, if the engine is conplete have a look at pic of engines but don't worry about the name on the casing all they do is make another cover put it on and say its thair own, and they are normally sold on the net, so nobody can link them to it.

you can use 10w 30 or 10w 40 motor oil that is what the briggs motor uses.

I would say trade it in for a new one, make sure your legs fit comfortably on the ground and on the footpegs. the most important thing is your comfort and safety.

It sounds like your switch may be faulty. I recommend that you replace it.
