It is a known issue - you can take it into Harley but last guy I knew with that issue - they had the bike for a month and gave it back to him no changes said they couldn't replicate the issue. The gastank on the bike is getting hot causing the gas to evaporate and create pressure inside the tank - hence the gas dripping out of the pressure vent. Some guys have put some heat insulation in between the side of the tank/frame and where the headers get close. Other guys just wrapped their headers with thermo wrap - seems to help tons.

My 2008 buell 1125r is jerking under 4000 rpm

The stock ECM programming is lean to meet EPA emissions, the best way to improve overall driveability and eliminate jerkiness at lower RPMs is to install a Race ECM from ErikBuellRacing.com

Location of the oil drain

There are two drainplugs on the bottom of the motor, one on the left side and one on the right. The filter is a cartridge type, and is located on the lower left of the motor and is held in by two torx screws. Consult your owners manual or service manual for details and pictures. Have fun, and watch out for the mess it makes as it drains!

THE VALVE R RATTLING PRETTY BAD IT HAS 5000 MILE

The noise is normal, the 1125 motor does make a rattling noise. I have two of them, they both do it in addition to others I have ridden. Get the valves checked at 12,400 miles per the schedule in the manual, but odds are they will still be in spec. :)

Trying to adjust the idle speed. running at 1500

The idle speed is controlled by the bikes computer, the ECU. The 1500RPM idle is normal. If you purchase a Race ECM from Erik Buell Racing (http://www.erikbuellracing.com) you can get one with a slightly lower idle programming. The bike does not like to idle low, hence the 1500RPM stock idle.

I have a 2008 Buell

There is no clutch adjustment on the Buell 1125 models. Check your fluid levels to make sure you are not low on DOT4 brake fluid for the clutch master cylinder. There is a common issue on the 1125 to have it leak clutch fluid. On the lower right side of the motor is a round puck to protect the motor. This is the clutch cover, and fluid will leak out of the puck. The fix is a kit from your local Buell dealer, it is part number X2086.1AM and will set you back about $200.

I have no pressure on

You will need a length of fuel pipe, 1/4" internal diameter about a foot long (ish) and an old yoghurt pot with some break fluid in it, to stop the air going back up the tube.
Crack and unscrew the bleed nipple on the slave cylinder one turn and place the pipe over it and down into a small amount of break fluid in the yoghurt pot.
remove the cover on the master cylinder and fill with fresh break fluid. pump the break/clutch whilst topping up. When fresh fluid is squirting out and no air in the system, tighten the bleed nipple.
There you are, an easy way to bleed your breaks and clutch.
The yoghurt pot doesn't matter, a standard clean plastic/glass container will do. I just like yoghurt straight from the fridge, so I have a lot of empty pots!
