 THERES A LEVER UNDER THE TAIL END  PULL TOWARDS THE CLUTCH SIDE OF THE BIKE AND LIFT UP ON THE BACK OF THE SEAT AT THE SAME TIME AND BAMM ITS OFF HAPPY RIDING 

there is a tube that comes out of the oil tank and it vents out under the bike somewhere and there is a little filter that is connected to the tube

Buell Blasts have a known issue involving the carb boot. If the bike is a couple of years old check out the rubber spacer/conector which is betwwen the carb and the engine. Chances are that it is cracked and allowing air to enter direcly. This will cause your bike to sputter and have starting issues. Chck this out first and if it is not this then check the spark plug what color is the ceramic electrode and tip. This will tell you alot about what is going on inside the engine. The carb boot is a cheap fix less than 20 bucks. Good luck Brian

You either damaged the diaphram when you installed it. Or it is wedged in the carb so t cant raise. If you installed it backwards it will do the same thing too.

Take it in to the dealer and have them repair the transmission or buy another motor. You have to be a mechanical wizard to be able to take the trans out. You have to split the engine in half to do so.

Then your enrichener is bad - take the one you just bought back and get another.

There is ALOT of questions here - what oil did they change? The primary chain(transmission oil) or the engine oil? Did they adjust the primary chain? They might have drained the primary oil out and not put more back in - you might be running a dry primary - causing HUGE damage. THe engine could be working trying to turn the trans that has no lubrication. - of course they could have over filled the oil on your bike and it is forcing it\'s way into the combustion chambers and into the exhaust too.

Blast's don't have an idle cable. they have an idle screw. What cable are you talking about?

It pulls back, yes. It is adjustable tho - you could screw it in too much or not enough and it wouldn't be able to open properly tho.

Take the bowl off of the carb and clean it. This should remove all old gas and varnish buildup and it should work now.
