Hi, Get a can of spray lube (WD40) and take one eng of the cable and spray in to the cable. You might use the small tube that comes with it to inject it in. Crank the throttle when you spray in. Good luck

remove the bottom split ring first then the smaller one.
if they are damaged, replace them too.

If you can't get it out without damaging it, go ahead and damage it and buy new ones.
they are not expensive.

Abt 200-250cc and you can your SAE 5, 10 or 15 depending how hard you want the fork to handle as thicker oil make it less comfortable.

what you look for is a wire to the brake light that is bare and or shorted to ground. also check the bulb

sounds like it is running too rich i would set the float height to the recommended height and put a new spark plug in it,is it using a standard air filter ?

I would suggest any 10w40 motor oil... Like mobile one, castroil GTX, or any oil recommended for motorcycle use. The reason is that the transmission uses the same oil that the crank uses. So, the oil gets beat up pretty good. Don't forget to change your oil filter at the same time...Cheers....Good luck.. HDTV GURU JAY.

Sounds like the engine is flooded with gas.Turn the fuel off if you can.Remove the spark plug and move the wire away from the spark plug hole.Now turn the engine over like your trying to start it.See if gas comes out spark plug hole if yes engine is flooded.If it is flood that bad your exhaust will have fuel in it also.You should get a new spark plug before trying to start it again.If gas does not come out the plug hole.Install the new plug and try starting it with the fuel off.Hope this helps.
