well if its stuck from maybe not using it very often I don't know I would spray liberally with wd-40 and wiggle handlebars back and forth with it in the oven locked position only you not going to be able to move it far still in the hole you may have to remove the ignition which there are YouTube videos to do I would also check up maybe on YouTube there may be a solution there good luck
This has been a problem since the introduction of the Twin Cam. The reason in my opinion is the lean mixture they run in an attempt to meet EPA emissions requirements. As I remember, one of my friends had a newer Harley and the computer chip in the key would prevent starting the bike. It can be a keychip problem or a reader problem for the antitheft system.The Harley dealer can probably check your keychip for you. If the problem is not the keychip, then it is a problem in the bike and you will need to tote your ride to the Harley house.

I couldn't find the exact size of the bolt that fits the battery box on your 2005 Harley Davidson Lierider. However, you can try contacting Harley Davidson's customer service at 1-800-258-2464 and ask them for the bolt size . They may be able to help you locate the bolt or suggest an alternative
