2011 Bajaj Pulsar 180 - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
I've got a Bajaj Pulsar 180dtsi. I want to fit blue colour bulb inside the tail light along with red.
Hello. If you are just wanting 2 lights to work red and blue, just splice into the wires going to your tail light and join in the new bulb. I am assuming you have a bulb holder with the blue bulb. Just check you only splice into your tailight wire and not the brake Light. Make sure all wires are correctly joined and taped or heat shrink to stop any wires touching to cause a short. Use one of those screw driver lights to find your active wires if you do not already know. Ok hope that helps you out.

What are the original Valve Tappet Clearances of Bajaj Pulsar 200NS.
If it's hydralic there is a special tool needed to adjust them properly. If they are manual they have to be adjusted on the bottom of the compression stroke to where you can barely spin them with clean fingers. Clean fingers so that you don't put any grit or grime in the motor.

Intake relay
Under the bike seat you can see a relay in round shape with two wires bolted to it you just short circuit those tow wire if the self starter motor works then change that relay before that check your battery charge with volt meter it should be more that 12v like 12.75 then check the voltage when you press the self starter switch it should not go below 9v if it is below then check the batt in shop.

Not satify in cilimbing up in slope on double load
Two reasons...1) either you are riding with the pillion on a higher gear instead of the lower gears which are capable of pulling up.TIP: Always : prefer lower gears appropriate to the bikes momentum while climbing slopes.. If you are at the top gear, chances are you will burn out your bike's clutch plates.2) Pickup of your bike depends on your bike's clutch plates. If the clutch plates have gone faulty, then you have all the chances of losing the momentum over your bike.. I'm pretty sure if you take care of your bike well, it would take care of you as well. - Cheers

Reset master mileage of pulsar 180
I don't know where you live, where I live this is
not only frowned on, it is also a violation of state and federal law. It is not
only deceitful, it is a very serious safety issue. All maintenance is based on
the distance traveled as recorded by this important device. Typically, someone
wound change this reading to cheat another person or avoid tax. You
could change the meter and put on a new one ... where I live, this would have to
be revealed to to the authorities as well as any future owners of the
vehicle.

My bike, Bajaj Pulsar bike(180cc) is having fuel
i have got my bajaj pulsar 150 cc 9 months back, i too faced the same problem. i have taken to the bajaj service center where i have recieved a answer for my question saying that the volves inside the engine either might have bent down or there might be a breakage in that. he also said the engine has to be opened and the volves has to be replaced. some parts like gasket, spark plugs and volve caps should also have to be replaced. to stick back the opened engine we should get used by some paste also. i have get my bike done with that repair and now there is no leakage of the fuel.with regards,

My bike Pulsar chain and
Usually the noice at this juncture is due to the chain. See if you can tighten the chain or get it replaced, which should make the bike flow smooth.

Morning i do a water
i too faced the same problem with my pulsar 180dtsi ug3...
when i inquired it to my mechanic he said that pulsars come with CDI unit(used for ignition) if this unit get wet the engine will behave erratically. You must allow the unit to dry or blow jet of air in the unit.
after this bike will start normally....
