1.Check the fuel level sensor with a multimeter. It should shows resistance value between 0 ohm to 90 ohms inversely proportional to fuel volume. Remove it and check its resistance while moving the float lever. If it varies the resistance then it is good. If it does not shows any change replace it. 2.Then you disconnect the fuel gauge and check the voltage at the connector of the fuel gauge if it shows voltage about 6V to 9V replace the fuel gauge.

Hi,first I dont know the price of a new carb,but why dont you just get new gasket set and new jets for the carb you have,will be much cheeper,just a thought,all the best.

the voltage should be 14.5 -14.8 volts dc maximum anything higher boils a battery and destroys it voltage check is done at around the 1500rpm and should remain at the settings regardless of the high rpm of the engine indicates a faulty voltage regulator or a shorting wiring problem

Hello Pankaj, The service reminder indicator in the TVS Star City starts blinking whenever the bike is due for a visit to the TVS service center.So, I will suggest either you should take your bike to your local TVS service center or check out the below video to turn off the reminder light.
