Could be a few things, but I suspect your trickle charger is faulty and your battery is flat. For my boat battery, I put the trickle charger on once a month for 24 hours. The red LED turns green in about 20 minutes. Before I use the boat in May, I use a proper 2/6 amp car charger for 24 hours.

Put a headlight bulb across the battery terminals with a bit of wire attached.

Moisture in the ignition circuit somewhere...on older distributor cap vehicles thesevwere tge symptoms of water getting in under the Cap

Pull the carberator off and clean it out at least drop the float bowl clean out make sure float and needle and seat are free if still won't run have to carb all apart

Never heard of cut out switches for oil on motorbikes or cars. Only in commercial items like generators etc. that are run un-attended. That is why you have an oil pressure gauge or light in cars and bikes. Never run one of these if that red light is on or comes on while in use. Engine seizure will occur.
