Question edited for clarity, changed 'carbonator', (a thing that puts bubbles in soda) to a carburetor (a device that atomises gasoline). The new battery is fine, in fact 6 amps is better. It has more staying power and will start the bike easier in cold weather. It is better for your lighting as well. The problem is likely to be that your battery is not fully charged when you got it. Put it on a 2 amp battery charger for 8 hours. These two adverts have 4 amp and 7 amp as suitable.

RTM" service manual there is computer model to calc, this using compression ratio and cylinder volume but here is generic list. my lawn mower is 100psi;. (and mopeds and outboard tiny motors and scooters tiny not 250cc hog scooters) my old car is 150psi my newer car with high 10:1 CR , is 200psi a 49cc engine 7.2 CR is like 80psi. low and expected. at that CR, 100 max to get the reading correctly good guage fast cranked (kicked or starter turned) let the meter peak and peak is spec. read peak PSI and the CR is what matters. and only on a warm engine, warm/hot not cold cold is way less. when warm the rings seat, cold they do not.(well)

I thight it might be fuel injected but it isn't. I has a standard carburetor, so the tank is standard gravity feed. Looks like the second tube might be a vacuum hose to suck tank fumes for emmisions control. When you say the plug is hot, you presumably don't mean the spark plug so which plug is getting hot? Whichever plug it is it shouldn't be getting hot - heat is an indication of excess current flow or a poor contact. I suggest you add more information in the comments.

Check the motor for a dirty commutator. This will make the motor draw too much current.

Usually related to needing service or battery state. Remove the battery terminals and clean the battery posts and the connector on the wire. Fully charge the battery. Smear both with some Vaseline and reconnect. The code should be gone.

I wonder what your fault is .......................

I looked all through the manual and could not find a fuse box. It looks like they may all be inline single fuses.
