Fuel filter location
When are people gonna learn to give YEAR/MAKE/MODEL????Just the YEAR of the same model could make a big difference!!!!If carbed, there is a screen attached to the fuel petcock that's up inside the gas tank = unscrew and remove petcock to get to it.There MIGHT also be an inline filter, follow the fuel line.Fuel injection, it's by or attached to (again, by year and model) the fuel pump, inside the gas tank.

The oil doesn't drain out of my 2001 Harley
Are you sure you're pulling the correct drain plug?On Harleys with the oil tank under the engine, there are usually two drain plugs, oil and transmission drains. Also, some have a drain on the bottom of the engine, which only a little residual oil will come out of it.Finally, when the oil stops draining from wherever you're draining from, does the oil dipstick show that the oil level has dropped? If not, you got the wrong plug!
How do remove and install a starter
Unbolt negative battery lead.Remove outer primary cover.Remove bolt on end of starter gear, remove gear and jack-shaft.Unbolt positive cable from starter. Unhook other wire from starter.Remove two bolts holding starter on.Remove starter.Reverse to reinstall.
Starter catches when starting
Youll have to be more specific. If you mean that its stopping, then most likely its the starter bendix. What is the year, and model?
2006 dyna wide glide primary noise
sounds like the chain is way to tight readjust clutch and tensioner and check for noise. you may even wanna run a charge test to see if you have stator problems or a loose compensator nut
2006 dyna low rider
Is this just a problem with the bike in general? In which case, I can only advise that it's a Harley - and you're probably gonna be disappointed :)

I want to add
You failed to tell me what year or model your bike is but Harley doesn't include a lot of "accessory" points in their wiring systems. You'll have to find a wire that you can tap off of to add the lights. Run this to the switch that you want on the lights and then from that switch to lights. You'll have to be careful not to overload the circuit that you tap on to. It depends on the amount of current that the lights you decide to use draws. If it draws too much current, you may start blowing a fuse. If this happens, DO NOT simply put a larger fuse in the circuit. The fuse is designed to protect your wiring harness. If you replace the fuse with a larger fuse, the wire burns before the fuse blows.
Good Luck
