Oil pressure indicator/engine won't start

I would drain the oil and refresh inc filter, take all plugs out and spin it over with new oil fitted and filter, if it feels sounds tight, squirt some WD40 in the pots, spin again if looser maybe a strip down eh.

Next to the flux capacitor? Just kidding, on a 2007 they're under the driver's seat in front of the battery.

Driving down the road a open the throttle to

Hello
A new clucth will slip a little at first. Its recommended to try to make the clucthes slip.
i just put in a set that instructed me to make the clutches slip.
A brand new set of clutches needs to seat and it will take a few times riding it before it does.

If they continue to slips after a few rides then you should have your master cylinder bled.
If the clutches are not engaging all the way, the clucthes will slip and motor revs but bike dont move.
if the clucthes are not disengaging all the way, the clutches drag, and the bike will edge forward because the clucthes are not disengaing from the motor.

Thats a pretty simple set up, hydraulic just needs to be bled all the way in the same manner you bleed a brake caliper.
once bled there is no adjustment and the clutches should disengage and engage within the first 1/2 inch of pulling in the lever.

Hope that helps, and don't worry about your new clucthes, they will slipp a little but will go away.
i'm sure of it.
Best Regards
Big Al

Need to take off fuel

It isn't difficult, especially if you can get some one to hold the tank up for you. Sorry I don't have pictures.

1. remove the seat: on a stock seat there is one bolt behind the pillion, slide the pillion seat backwards out of the leather handle and undo the two bolts underneath to release the driver's seat which also slides out backwards.

2. disconnect the battery: always a good idea when working on your bike, not always necessary but generally safer.

3. remove the instruments: the instrument cluster on top of the tank is held on by three allen bolts, the front two are much easier to get to with a multi-tip-screwdriver type tool. Underneath the panel is an electrical connector in a rubber sheath. just peel the rubber back and gently work the connector loose - don't pull on the wires.

2. unbolt the tank: at the back of the tank you'll see one large bolt, undo that and slide the tank back until it is free of the rubber mounts towards the front of the bike.

3. get help: now you could do with someone to hold the tank up while you work underneath it. it is possible to do this by yourself but much, much more annoying.

4. disconnect the electrics: there are two connections to unfasten before lifting the tank. the electrical connector is most likely brown in color and connects two sets of wires, you should be able to depress the clips with your fingers and separate the wires easily. again, don't pull on the wires themselves.

5. disconnect the fuel pump: the pump is part of the tank and is connected to the injection system by a pipe with a clip on the end. this one is a bit fiddly but you should be able to depress the inner section of the clip and work the pipe free of the tank with your fingers. You may find that a little fuel spills out but it won't be very much.
