Well, you could have one problem or more than one problem. First check the bulbs. If you have any bulbs that are not lighting up in the turn signals, this will stop them from blinking on that side. Once you're sure the bulbs are good, the best thing to do is to work with one problem at the time.

First the brake light. Take the bulb out of the socket, turn on the ignition switch and have someone step on the rear brake. Use a volt meter or test light inserted into the socket to check for voltage on both contacts in the socket since the brake light and the tail light should be on at this time. If there is no voltage on the contacts, check the rear brake light switch. There is a metal brake line that comes out of the rear master cylinder. Follow this line back towards the rear brake. Underneath the bike you'll find a pressure switch. With the ignition switch on, you should have voltage to one of the two connectors. In not, you have an electrical wiring problem. If you do and the light is not coming on when you press on the rear brake, replace the pressure switch. This should get the brake light working for the rear brake at least. If the front brake does not cause the brake light to come on, the front brake light switch is probably bad. It's located inside the right handlebar switch house along with the throttle grip. You have to take the switch housing apart to replace the switch.

you will need to remove the cover on the right side of the instrument panel. There are six fuses in this box. The first two are located near the battery and should be replaced every six months or when the light turns red. The next four are located in a row across from the battery and should be replaced every year. The last two are located near the horn and should be replaced when they blow.

It sounds like there is an issue with the wiring in the electrical system. It's possible that there is a connector that was disconnected or not reconnected properly when the lights were changed. You may need to trace out the wiring diagram to find the issue.
