DON'T just randomly cut wires! The Power Commander is linked into the bikes ECU (it's brain), Fuel injection system and in some cases the ignition system so cutting wires could turn into a VERY expensive mistake. If you have no experience with bike electronics pay an auto electrician or bike tuning specialist to remove it for you.

F1 means there is a fault stored for the Suzuki agent to read, repair and remove. The fault could be anything from a fuel injection/engine management error to a low battery.
As much as it sounds bad, try spraying wd-40 in the start button with everything off, let it sit out in the sun for a few hours to let it soak in to the metal contacts under the switch and to dry out the wd-40. Then after say 4-5 hours, go out there and press the button a good few number of times say 100 pressing fast and hard a couple of times, that way if rust is on the contacts the wd should free some of the rust up and knock it loose off the contact.
Next time you go to wash bike put a plastic bag over the button to keep out the water and just wash around the area with a damp rag rather than soaking the whole area, should help to keep the button dry.
Worse case scenario is you can get a new/used button on ebay, replace and then start using a plastic bag to keep dry. those things are rough when the switches get wet on a bike.

Sounds like there is a short in the ignition wiring 12v side or ground side, check your contacts with a miltimeter and the next time it wont start try jumping the starter to your 12v switched source, bypassing the ignition, It the starter making noise when it does this?
some sensor or BCM, by that reason please RUN the scanner/computer for easy diagnostic and fix it. You must understant the electronic in vehicle is very complicated. Use the resources of tech for repair.God bless you
Just because you have a visible spark doesn't mean that you have a viable ignition spark. The chances are, you have either failed plugs or failing leads.
Once up on a time, something similar
happened to me. In my case, a pin broke on the cam shaft and as a result, the
time was way way off. Checking for spark in this case does no good because I had
strong evidence of spark ... it was only that the spark was not on time.
Sometimes in this situation, you will get a back fire depending on when the
spark happens. In my case I didn't get back fire ... only smell of gas and no
run.
1. remove the inlet to the back of the throttle bodies and spray starter fluid into the back of the inlets, then attempt to start it. If it attempts to start the fuel system needs cleaning, fuel pump isn't working, regulator issues, fuel injectors bad. or the ecm is not working. There are many things that can cause a fuel injection not to work but these are a few possibilities.
