check the ground wire, some where not even connected and install a pig tale to the battery to charge it on the scooter, if the wires are OK you need a new stater check with kymcoforum.com and look up bet and lose

if there is screws holing the back panel it can be opened, if not you need a new panel

when you go for the 600 mile check up, tell the dealer the crackling noise is expanding and contracting of new exhaust , and change the oil dino oil for the first 1500 miles, then you can change to full syn., and change the oil hot after a good ride

most are square and have fins on to cool !

When did you clean or change the air filter last?

check for oil leaks after you clean all the oil over flow,. and the tranny and belt ,. when you put to much oil in, the crank shaft will foam up the oil and pop a seal, then you have leaks, in all the wrong places,

check cableling and fuses

Strip out front wheel assembly remove front plastic's up inside are two bolts per side remove them drop out forks refit in reverse order.

right in the back of gear box same size as the drain bolt,. put in the right amount, per the manual, if you put in to much it will over flow,.

Typically the flywheel is keyed to the crankshaft and cannot move without rotating the engine also. If the key is sheared then the flywheel can move without moving the crankshaft. To check this the flywheel needs to be removed and replace the key. Of course the reason for shearing of the key needs to be corrected before the problem is fixed.

Was the car running ,if so you have some fried elec. the car puts out 16 volts ,. to much for our kymcos

where do you live hot place or cold,. I use 5 W 50 full syn. oil good for all temp.s

Does bike sound as though.it is trying to crank. If so what sounds do u here. ie. Click. Starter motor turning over. If clicking sound problem lies after the relay. If starter is turning then you are getting no spark. If you are getting nothing at all then it is a safety switch as previously noted
