Oil leak on head
Try the shop it was bought from, if bought new they MUST supply spares to fit
Otherwise find out which Japanese engine it is a copy of & try a head gasket for that
Good Luck
Hope this helps.

Either your battery is low on acid and may need top up and charge or else your battery is damaged as a reason. The other problem you may have is your battery is not charging and this may be caused by loose or rusted connections or bad ground.Get a meter an read for a dc volt reading just at the point of connection while engine is running. If not then check your rectifier or it may need replacing. This should solve your problem.
Jonway 250cc leaking coolant, is it overflow or
G'day bigknc.Never heard of a jonway before.I think they really wanted to call it a "john Wayne"but they probably thought 2 first names sounds a bit geeky.Anyway....First you will have to find the source of the leak .If that beast is leaking coolant from the overflow on the radiator tank then that tells us of a pressurised system either though overheating or a leaking head gasket. If it's leaking from the weep hole on the engine where the propeller pump is then you've got a leaking seal.Could also be a loose hose clamp.Look for the easy fix options first . but you will need to pin point where the leak is....Hope i could help..Tabbycat 282

you could re-jet the carb or put a larger one on but that would mean making your own manifold, and you can open up the pipe to make it less restrictive.
I Have a Keeway Supershadow
Hi,
I had the same problem... (what i did is)
- take out the battery,
- clean the dust & dirt from the top of battery
- remove the plastic which seals the battery (yes, the one clearly marked "DO NOT OPEN") but do pay attention not to damage it.
- replenish with distilled water
- charge and after charge check whether the level of distilled water is OK
- put back the plastic seal and close it firmly
mount it .. and have fun ..
Discharging of the battery
most likely a short in the wiring, but a good idea is to fist confirm that the battery is being drained, disconnect the negative battery cable and connect the black lead of a amp meter to the negative terminal of the battery and the red lead to the negative battery cable, now, with the key in the off position the amp meter should read 0, if not your going to have to have lots of patience finding that short, but try to work in a systematic and organized way... wish u luck
I have a 150cc jonway scooter. When I open it up
I found that if I run 87 octane gasoline the engine accelerates up to full speed without the skipping and bogging down at any point it is running. It is worth trying. also try putting some "Sta-bil" fuel stabilizer in the gasoline - it has the ability to keep the carbureator cleaner. Not just during the time you are storing it, but rather all the time.
