It should be on one of the water hoses (outlet hose) that come from the radiator to the engine

The carburetor needs to be removed and cleaned, water must be in it or some rust from the old can must have got into some of the injectors.

Is it normal that a new bike dies on you as you drive it? No way my friend. The carburetor should have a thermal-choke and it probably needs some adjustment.

You have to remove the lid that covers the battery on the floor of the scooter. There are only two screws to be removed and the battery is exposed.

Maybe you have a carburetor problem or it needs some adjustments in it or the timing.

The Keeway outlook 150 model 2012 owners manual recommends a pressure for both tires of 280 kPa (Kilo-Pascals) which means 40.61 pounds per square inch. However, I have a service manual that recommends 225 kPa which means 32.63 Pounds per square inch. I personally like high pressure (280 kPa) in my tires because the scooter feels more docile. your filter will either be a canister or paper type of filter the cannister type is usually at the front of the bike engine at the bottom. Never run the engine while you are draining the oil or when the engine is drained of oil as irepairable damage will occur. hope this helps.

It's all in how you ride it....we have a Roketa Maui with a 100 BBK...and it has lasted over 4,000 miles so far. If you do full throttle take offs and run and wide open throttle constantly...even the 50 and 80 engines are being abused. I know many customers that have them...and yet to see a crank failure. Sure they do ride WOT at times...but they take it up there gradually.. not just grab full throttle and go. People tend to forget the angine itself was designed as a 72cc...but bored to 50cc to be sold in America...so the 80 BBK should never cause you a problem. I worked on one for a kid that had the 80 kit..and he has 9,400 miles on it...all he needed was a belt when brought it to me.

That old gas had sediment in it and you need to remove the tank, fuel pump and filters and change them.

Mark, your bike should have a main fuse very close to the battery check it, sounds like it's blown

It must have a plug (17 mm) under the right side of the engine and on the same side but on top of the engine there must have the plug to fill up (black plastic with a dipstick).

The only thing I can think of is a bad connection behind the key switch it could cause a fire so you need the fix it ,just un screw the switch and clean all connection points mind grease them to stop them oxidising best of luck

Sort your carb settings out...it sounds like you have an over-fueling problem causing the plugs to foul.

The float valve in the carb is sticking or the float height setting is incorrect or the float has a hole in it. Do not use Pri on your fuel tap until this is sorted as it could cause hydraulic lock in your engine, which will wreck it. Fuel will flow through your carb into the engine when it is parked. This will also ruin your engine oil as the fuel will mix with it. Check the oil level to see if it has increased...
