800 Vulcan 1999 vibration at high idle, around
The vibration could be a number of things. Yes, it could be a balancer issue or it could be warped or worn clutch. Big vees put a lot of stress on the clutch, even when they are designed for it. But, yours could be 14 years old and on the original factory fitted parts.
Kawasaki 1100 ZZR will not switch on.
Check the fuse box for blown up fuses.
Measure the electrical current thoroughly from battery to cockpit and find out where it cuts off.Plug by plug.

find the coils and check the terminals with a tester to see if power is getting to them. if it is then it could be the coils or ht leads/ caps
if no power at coil then problem is between battery and coil or in the kill switch. check all ground / earth terminals you can find also

How do i remove the fuel tank on kawasaki zzr110
take the seat off there are two 10mm bolts holding the rear of the tank remove the fuel line clamp andthen two wire guage connector under the seat then the two bolts at the front of the tank pull it up slowly the tank has two small hoses that are at the back of the tank but not connected to anything they are vents

make sure nothing is left on when bike is not running then check all lighting to check for a draw disconnect the neg post then place a test light between the circuits after draw is determined start tracing the different circuits
Stutterring when riding
The carbs have been balanced but not synchronized? Each of the four carb slides needs to begin to open at the exact same time. Being out of sync can cause your problem. The balance and sync on a four cylinder bike is best done in the shop. If you try it yourself have a fire extinguisher handy. < < I am serious here.
Since the carbs have been cleaned and 'adjusted', I will take the liberty to note the air screw and the idle screw factory settings and how to set them. On each carb, GENTLY turn both screws inward until they LIGHTLY seat. Now turn each screw outward one and one half turns. Now you are back to the stock settings.
If your bike has CDI ignition, the timing is preset and is not adjustable.

Kawsaki zzr 1100 misfireing under presure
sounds like a fouled plug or a timing adjustment take out the plugs and look for oil on the plug. if there is oil on the plug clean with degreaser and try it out. If you consistently get oil fouls check valve seals
