I have a 2005 Kawasaki 750 Vulcan with 6,000 miles

It can be the Heat Sensor or there is not enough Water in the cooling System and the sensor Gives Signal to cool down with switching on the Fan .

2004 vulcan 750 shuts off

Intermittent faults are difficult to locate and occasionally the cause is never found. Often the problem cures itself or somebody cures it by desperate and mindless fiddling but doesn't know how. I tell my customers to persevere and eventually a pattern will emerge - the same corner, the same stretch of road, the same sort of weather, the same speed, the same gear, etc.. Once a pattern is recognised it increases the chances the problem can be repeated predictably or some serious detective work might provide further clues. Fitting temporary telltale lights to monitor supplies and grounds around the circuit can be helpful. I have had two cars where the intermittent fault was inside the ECU. Very difficult to prove and too expensive to replace without justification. On one car I was lucky and had a timing light connected when the fault happened. I watched the timing mark move and keep moving until it was almost out of sight and the engine stopped. It restarted immediately and ran normally until the next time.

I have a 95 vulcon

If it is from the float chamber then it is just an overflow and drops down to somewhere around the swing arm pivot where is gets to spray excess fuel on the rear tyre to help you fall off. If it is fuel inlet then it comes from the tank.

A friend of mine has

yes to remove the stator on the vulcan, the engine must be taken off the frame. BUT.... You can mod it so that you don't have to https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dcw-RP3Tr48&feature=youtu.be https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJs9peopqZg

Shaft drive makes noise by back wheel

Did anybody actually read his question? He was asking about a noise in his "shsft drive" motorcycle near the final gear assembly.
To me ot sounds like the backlash is out of adjustment and/or the rear wheel tooth contact needs adjusting.

Black reservoir box behind rear brake pedal on a 2006 vulcan what fluid goes in the reservoir

Hi Todd: Sounds suspiciously like it would be brake fluid. Check to see if it is connected to the rear brake master cylinder. (that's the thing that has a shaft that is connected to the brake pedal) Motorcycles like Grade 4.

Is there a charging problem

Sounds like u have a open cell in your battery , replace it , you said you had issues charging not lighting or running so this answer is based on the assumption there's voltage coming from stator is this accurate?
