Start looking at the brown wire that goes from the kill switch to the coil as the problem.

It will be the brown wire.

The start relay can also be the problem.....

Check the spark plug gaps and set to 25thou or 0.9mm.

Carburator needs cleaning&ajust. Put som BG in the tank. Inspect ignition system for component wear. Compression cud b weak. Buy a clymer or haynes repairbook

Hi,,,if your battery is not charging and you have a rebuilt staor,,then your regulator/rectifier is the cause,,its job is to charge the battery.

I'm sorry,, If you cannot figure out how to do this, YOU NEED TO TAKE IT TO A PROFESSIONAL!!!!! You are not competent to work on this machine!!

This is normal.. the two different wiring harnesses are NOT the same!! Get the CORRECT ONE if you expect it to work!!

Have you tried removing the air filter element? If this does not help, take it to a PROFESSIONAL mechanic and have him clean, set, and synchronize the carbs!!
