It is a massive job you are talking about doing there. The engine must be removed, and entirely dismantled. Then the engine cases must be split to remove the crank. Not something you should attempt without a work shop manual, and lots of mechanical knowledge.
The crank bearings need to be pressed on.

It can be un-flooded if you let the bike sit for a half an hour to an hour if its not starting check your spark plug or replace it and check to make sure your carburetor is not dirty.

it is for the throttle position for the cdi unit to know if the throttle is open or closed and by how much.

Take off fuel tap and check if worn and If there is a diaphram check it for holes.

check the carb float and the float settings. also clean all the jets out. check the joke aint sticking. check the condition of the air filter for rips or holes as that would explain why the bike is bogging when reved

if you have all the electrics for the newer motor a would run the bike with them

it is recomended as heat will soften the springs

when your putting the barrel back onto the piston start lowering it down. when you lower so far swing the power rod into posistion cause you cant fit it after you have reinstalled the barrel. hope this helps just fitted a new piston and rings on ma kx80 and a had the same problem lol

differnt brands of oil, suggest different ratios. The oil packaging will give recommended mixes
starting at 25-1 for the cheaper mineral oils, to 50-1 for the more expensive synthetics.

if your talking about the kick starter lever it sounds like your rebound spring broke on the gear. and you will have to remove the cover to get to it to replace it.

anything over 120 on compression test is ok. anything under 120 and its time for top end. and for bog you might try cleaning carb.

around 130-160 and anything below 120 time for top end.( at least ring)

i believe that model quad, like many smaller kid quads, have an electronic choke. sometimes the electronic choke valve stick. try unplugging it from the connector or tapping on the side of the carb with the back of a screwdriver, that sometimes work. or you might just have to replace the choke.

This is a common problem that happens with all 2 strokes, maybe the oil pump is not set up to the throttle or is malfunctioning

No what you can do is take it to some one who does custom seats and discuss having it re done with thicker foam piece raising it to your comfort.
