Motor partially locked up
SEE IF YOU CAN ROTATE THE ENGINE WITH THE CLUTCH DISENGAGED, IF YOU CAN, THE PROBLEM IS IN THE TRANSMISSION. I ONCE HAD A JOB WHERE A CLUTCH SPRING BOLT HAD BACKED UP AND CAUGHT ON A TRANSMISSION CASE RIB.YOU MAY HAVE DROPPED A VALVE, BROKEN A CONNECTING ROD, FAILED TIMING CHAIN, SOMETHING EXPENSIVE, NO DOUBT. YOU COULD START BY REMOVING THE SPARK PLUG/S AND LOOKING IN THE COMBUSTION CHAMBERS, PREFERABLY USING A FLEXIBLE INSPECTION CAMERA. YOU WILL SURELY HAVE TO REMOVE THE CYLINDER HEAD/S. YOU MAY LEARN SOMETHING WHEN YOU PULL THE VALVE COVER.
How do I adjust the float?
normally there is an adjustment but you will need a workshop manual to find what that adjustment is
if it was ok before repairs then it will be ok after repairs
however the check is to turn the top of the carby upside down and there is a measurement between the float and the top of the carby
it is usually measured by the width of a twist drill moving between the float and the lid
adjustment is by bending the tab of the float that the needle touches
a quick check is that if the float is parallel to the lid then it will be close

Klx 110 locked up engine
From sitting or from riding?
If from sitting, pour some thin oil like ATF into spark plug hole, let sit for a day and try to push start it with plug out to loosen up...
When loose, pull off head and clean up cylinder and put in fresh rings at the least...
Back end of bike

Not sure by free wheels, does the motor turnover and seems to free wheel? If so, you may have very low compression in which the piston rings and or pistons may need to be changed, which is common if the bike is rode hard, the interval change is about 35 hours on these parts in most cases. If You kick the motor over and there is no tension on the kickstarter the spring may be bad.
Bno spark
Try cleaning it with a dry cloth and then fine sand paper, between the gap
2005 klx 110 steering stem loose
This problem is caused by a loose fit of the steering head bearings into their pressed in bearing race cones, if the play is not to severe you can tighten the nut at the top of the steering head shaft to eliminate the excess play, do not over tighten the nut, tighten it enough to just remove the excess free play, but leave a slight amount of play or you can damage the bearings. If after doing the above the steering head is hard to move you either have damaged/worn steering head bearings or you have the bolt to tight.
Where should oil be in
you will see two lines at the top and bottom of the sight glass, oil needs to be between these lines with the bike held level, use motorcycle 4 stroke engine oil from a bike shop, car oils can make the clutch slip

Can you put two stroke
You can put the 2 stroke gas in if there's nothing else available and you're in a pinch but it will eventually foul the plug and create carbon in the combustion chamber if you do it regularly.
Klx 110 backfires and cackles when i let off the
Check your ignition wire/boot for leakage; it sounds like that's your problem. An easy way to do this is run the engine at night with no lights on; if you see a miniature lightning show, you know there is leakage.
Oil leaks out black tube when running with white
It is not a valve adjustment I think you will find that there is too much oil / gas in the gearbox. Some compression is getting past the piston rings and into the gearbox. That means unburned fuel is getting into the oil diluting it and slowly adding to the amount of "oil" in the gearbox. The pressure going into the gearbox is vented to the atmosphere and when the oil level gets too high the pressure carries some of the oil out of the vent tube and onto the road. Change the oil more frequently and most of the problem will go away. That is the cheap fix. The proper fix is to do a top end job; New piston, rings, and re-bore the cylinder if needed. Re-seat the valves since the head is already of to service the piston. The proper fix will probably cost $500 or so. Now, don't you like that bit of white smoke just a little bit? Please rate my answer. Thanks.
