How to change piston on Jonway 50 cc 2012
Air cooled 50cc motors usually have 4 long bolts holding the head on, they go up through the 'jug' and through the head to bolts under a decorative cover or just out inthe open. remove nuts or entire bolts and then use a mallet to whack the 'jug' (cylinder) to break it free of the lower gasket, pull jug up and off piston, remove old piston by circlips or other retention and install new one. pinch rings and work jug back over piston, lower onto case gasket (if you didnt rip it removing it) and button back up. Check cylinder before replacing piston to make sure a new one will work. If the walls are scored, you will have to get it bored and use a +.25mm piston.

What is a rectifier
The output of your alternator is A/C. For iy to keep the battery charged it must be D/C.The rectifier converts A/C to D/C.
How do I test the rectifier on the jonway 150cc.
It's not the rectifier which is the problem as this is part of the charging system. If the rectifier is faulty, the bike will still drive with a good battery till it runs out of power.
Your problem sounds more like a bad starter motor, try push starting the bike to see if it drives.

How do I test for spark on 150cc jonway
Simple my friend and fellow biker. Remove the plug from the cylinder head, attach the plug lead again and rest the plug on the metal head ( don't actually hold it, it will spark at 18000 volts) and gently turn the engine over, it will be easy to do as there will be no compression with the plug out, if the electrics are ok, you will see the plug spark ( difficult in bright sunlight so, do it in a workshop or the shade) good luck

Bogging on top end
Wash the dirt out of the air cleaner. Re oil and reinstall. Be careful the scooter may fly.
I GOT A JONWAY 125CC
Idle circuit on carb is obstructed. Need to dismantle carb and use compressed air to clear every passage while its apart. Then reassemble carefully working on a clean surface.
Wet spark plug
Spark plug gets wet because it's running too cold. Loosen plug and retighten only tight enough so it doesn't loosen from vibrations. Just a tad beyond hand tight is enough. This way the spark plugs heat is not dissipated to the cylinder head and run much hotter burning away any excess fuel deposits.
