Maintance

ProClean is good stuff but not worth the money. The only reason I had it was because I won a create of it at our clubs Supercross race it's too expensive in my opinion. I buy 40 litre containers of stuff called TFR which stands for Traffic Film Remover, it basically is a detergent like ProClean, Simple Green and all the others, only it costs a fraction of the price and isn't deluted. This means you can delute it to your own strength for different causes. You can see it removing dirt as you watch, like someone said above. You can not use it pure on the bike however, it will make alloy parts go dull - as my buddy found out lol. ,,,

Winter storage

what to do with fluids? If your brake fluid is in need of changing do so before long-term storage. Similarly hydraulic clutch fluid should be changed before you store your bike; both systems may suffer failure if moisture gets in. Also make sure your coolant is fresh, as deposits can form from old fluid. For service intervals, consult your owner's manual.,,,

Handlebar hight

you might want to try some Arrow Fly Taper bars. They work with the stock mounts and should add a couple of inches to the height of the bars. They are really nice to ride with and are alot less expensive that Protapers.

I would like to know what are my options as to replacing the stator plate on my jawa Babetta 207. Like does anyone know what I could use to make it run again?

More information would help - why do you need to replace the stator plate? What's the trouble? Why can't the existing stuff be repaired or components replaced. There have been several versions of the Babetta, the first moped to use a contactless transistorised ignition, unfortunately obtaining spares, if they are available might mean buying from Germany, Czechoslovakia or Latvia. An alternative could mean fitting a one piece ignition module from a lawn mower, chainsaw or strimmer...

1987 jawa cutch problems what can i do to get it working 100% pulling away is a mission and keeps deing?

If the clutch is engaging but the motor is dying its probably a dirty carb jet, float or fuel starvation.

Go Cart. Starts and runs

Remove the carb, then the float bowl at the bottom of the carb then clean the carb with spray carb cleaner. Spray into each and every drill hole and jet you can find. Use goggles so you don't accidently get cleaner in your eyes. Please, rate my answer, thanks. Reset the air and throttle screws, one and one half turns outward from a lightly seated position. Please, rate my answer. Thanks.
