30Amp fuse blown driving straight and accelerating. Sometimes it blows while driving very slow, other times while idling.Drove 35km it didnt blow.Next day drove 50m and it blew.Unplugged tank, hooter.
What does the 30A fuse feed? It sounds as though there is a wire shorting/grounding out and the suspect would be something that the fuse supplies power to. If it is the main fuse, then unfortunately you will have to look to every thing, but if it only feeds a few things then I would start with them. The first place to look would be at connectors and make sure none of the wires into the connector blocks are exposed and touching another wire. Look for pinch points (places where wires are bent back or doubled over and could ground out if trapped by the seat, fairing parts, the action of turning handlebars etc.)
Your main problem is that the occurrece of a blown fuse is erratic, so even if you disconnect something and try to check it out and then it blows when reconnected it doesn't necessarily mean that part is at fault. Electrical problems are notoriously difficult to pin down so the best of luck.

I have a carburated 2008 hyosung gt250r that cant start!!!!
I would say the clicking is not the battery but next to or above it is a starting relay which from your discription has gone out. You can locate it by following the large red wire comimg from the battery. The soleniod can be tested by jumpering from one side of the soleniod to the orthersid use a pair of needle nose pliers. If it turns over its diffinitly the culpert. Just change it out and ride on. They use a low amperage coil to close this larger load of the starter circuit.
