I have a lack of power on my 2012 125 xrx.I checked the air filter , tried to drain the carburator in case theres any condesate deposits.Any suggestions please?

Check for debris in your fuel line; reset your carburetor screws to factory default (the fuel adjustment screws need to be turned all the way in clockwise which will cut off all fuel. reset the H and L to two+one half turns(should be going counter-clockwise at this point) and try starting your engine. Your H is max amount of gas that is allowed to pass thru the carburetor while it is being driven and your L is your idle rpm). You may have to make minor adjustments to the H screw to get it to respond as quick as the engine will allow. Be careful to not over-do the H screw as it will flood it in a few seconds. This is real close to turning a distributor cap on 25+year old model vehicles. Check spark plug gap and use non-ethanol gas. Ethanol residue builds up over time and can kill smaller engines. Hope this helps.

Why do the lights stay on and why is there hazard lights on this bike

Don't know about your particular model, but some bikes do have the lights wired through the ignition so they are on permanently once the ignition turned on and this would leave the usual right hand switch as a spare. Would make sense to utilise it for the hazards.
