hi there you need to take the clutch cover off after draining the oil ,remove the bolts going into the clutch basket take the springs out as well if you have the cash put in new springs when installing the clutch ,after you take the outer off then take out the plates and have acheck on size and wear ,then there should be a large nut and lock washer tap down the tab that stops the nut spinning loose then put your foot on the back brake and undo the nut this will be very tight if you have a air rattle gun this makes life a lot easier .then replacing the clutch basket it would be good sense to put a new bearing in the clutch houseing then put it back together in the oposite direction cheers hopes this helps cheers

on my 1994 te 610 disconnecting the plug 2 the key works.keep the kill button/head light etc switches on lhs handlebar.if its not fitted fit a kill button 2 lhs..i think u go back 2 the coil,find pwr&earth wire&plug in.file paint off handlebar 2 get a good earth.

my research has found problems with the 2011/2012 ducati ignition[made in india].in u.s.a. the wr 250/300 is not sold with lights fitted.i know of wr 300 owners in australia who have had erratic/no spark problems with wr300 2012 mods that may of caused multiple engine failures

put it on craigslist and take 700 for it to a guy who will blow it up the next day

The cluch contro level must have a 0,12 do 0,20 in. idle shifting before beginning to disengange the cluch. to adjust: Loosen the lock nut wath stay after lever on the cluch line. If its loosen operate the adjuster. The slack decreases when unscrewing, and increases when screwing. Take care to tighten properly the lock nut. if its not helping more. change the cluch disc`s.

Try new spark plug,clean the air filter,if still a problem then you may have to remove carb for a good clean, your pilot(idle) jet may be clogged,so while you are in there do a total clean of carb.(carb kit).

That's so simple problem , Change your sparkplugs with a Super Bosch.

You don't mention the type of your engine.But to make it easy for you to determine oil capacity, find the dipstick that gauge the oil level and you will see markings inch away from the tip.there is maximum and minimum level mark on it.

The idle up and down can mean there is an air leak as this is a symptom of running lean.
Check the fuel flows freely out of the fuel tap
Check the carb to cover is not coming loose.
Check all the jets in the carb are seated correctly, and not loose and make sure it is clean
Check the inlet manifold and carb clamps

hi mate the oil pump is located on the left side of the engine and is behind the clutch basket . you need to remove left side case and remove clutch basket and is the second cog from front of engine good luck!

i just had my top-end redone, valves and timeing chain. on my 1998 model, just the parts were 700.

is the air gap at the ignition pickup correct is the plug cap & lead in good order ie no visible cracks in either lead or cap check the conections at the coil are all fuses serviceable try these for a start if no luck get back to me

Go to the dealer get a new one or to wrecker if they have any.

bring the entire thing back... ask to speak with the manager and demand a brand new unit... (husky is exclusive to home depot..fyi)

if they give you push back ask for the district managers phone number (they have to provide or they can be fired) but they will replace it before he gets envolved..
