Hi,just maybe the fuel has gone off,try replaceing fuel and try again.(you could also try spraying some easy start in the air filter) hope this was a bit helpfull.

This is a fuel pressure regulator issue, replace it, disconnect battery for reset and all should be fine

Probably a fuel cut off switch needs resetting also check the Red kill switch

Check fuse- check operation of fan by unplugging and manually applying 12 volts- does it spin?. IS the bike heating up?.. some bikes will not kick in the fan unless the bikes getting very hot. Also check output of the temperature switch- does it change state from open to grounded or open to short

normal charge should be 12v - 15v if it is above that then replace regulator

Check the alternator and regulator/rectifier

Sound like you have a faulty fuel pump that is about to go out or possibly have a clogged screen. Either way, the bike is starving for fuel when you attempt to accellerate, but is just getting enough to start and idle.

Ground wire or bad connection on pump wire to wire harnesses.

whats the compression ? NO less than 100psi !! when were the crank seals last replaced ? is fuel gettin to the spark plug ? carb clean and new fuel ??

All bikes have headlights on when running - sort of part of the ignition circuit. So maybe you have broken that circuit by removing the lights. Reconnect and see what happens.

The only thing I could imagine would be a safety precaution set by the computer? Possibly your headlights may have to be in working order to complete a circuit or you may have unknowingly pulled on another connection or even blown a fuse. Look over your wiring good, check your fuses, and ensure all your connections are still snapped in. If the bike ran before your tear down, you have forgotten something or pulled something loose. Might even try disconnecting your battery for a few minutes and let the computer reset? Hope this helps.

If all of the injectors are not working, it is more than likely an ecm (computer or emission related) problem and not the injectors. Some auto or motorcycle shops will probably have the equipment to test the injectors.

check choke working fully , check plug cap resistances not too much and condition and gap on plugs !
