You have some disconnected wires; or the ground wire is interrupted. Sometimes the wires get cut on sharp edges by the vibrations.

Why is battery not charge sufficiently

Due to the nature of the lead acid battery it rapidly adopts a ghost or surface charge effectively fooling alternator regulators into falsely thinking the battery is nearly fully charged. The older the battery is the higher its internal impedance and the worse the situation is. A vehicle alternator, whether on two or four wheels is not designed to recharge a battery and mostly is incapable of doing so. Vehicle ownership is still a task for a person who owns a battery charger and knows how and when to use it. The vehicle alternator is designed to provide current for the vehicle electrics and to keep a fully-charged battery, fully-charged. The first stage is to charge and test the battery and the second stage is to carry out a thorough visual inspection of the vehicle charging system. The third stage is to test the performance of the alternator with appropriate test gear.

The headlight of karizma is soo deam at night cant even see the road clearly i even check the fuse and the battery but it ok with that but i really want to know it might be the problem?

Corrosion on the spring contacts that touch the bulb may be a problem. Undo the retaining unit that holds the bulb in place and give it a good inspection - make sure the 2 springs are working ok and the contacts are clean. Make sure the voltage and amps are correct on the replacement bulb.- these will be stamped on the bulb If all is ok you need to check your earthing (ground) system is in good condition. Pay particular attention to the battery ground and the headlamp/lighting ground.
