Bike model and series. And I am not sure what you are referring to as the "Power Centre". Is that the starter motor or the engine itself?
Bike feels like it is in deep sand at speeds under 45 mph.
If lifted off the ground, do the wheels rotate freely? If not, the wheel bearings will need to be replaced.
It could also be the steering head bearing. Turn the handlebars from lock to lock. You may be able to feel a notch at the dead centre point. It indicates a notch in the bearing race and it will need to be replaced.

Abs light comes on when the abs system fails not when the pads need replacing
Could be a sensor on one of the hubs or a ring is corroded away and the rotation is not registering
Pump could be faulty only way to find out is to get the fault codes read

1; Remove two screws holding the chrome trim.
2; Press out the 3 pins in the center of the clips holding the black blank.
3; Assemble the light in the holder and mount it in the chrome trim.
4; Mount the two clips with the screws that are provided.
5; Plug in the plug and mount the assembly to the trunk.

Get a set of spanners and have at it? If you're uncertain in your ability a workshop manual should give you a more detailed procedure. The gauge cluster will need to be disassembled after removal to locate the offending bulb. Use caution as some clusters have damping fluid that can leak out if the cluster is stored in an odd orientation.
How to remove fuel tank from R850R?
Turn the petcock to the OFF position! Remove and clamp off all fuel, air, vacuum lines. Then, remove all mounting bolts/nuts. You may have to remove the seat or anything else that prevents its removal. It might slide directly backwards due to rubber mounting grommets. Look carefully...should be a straight forward job.
Pleas tell me why no spark
Did you pull a plug and see it not sparking? What condition are the plugs in? How about spark plug wires, are you sure they are not arcing? If not that a resistance test on the coil/s can confirm if they are functioning properly or not. Of course, this is all assuming you don't have the ingnition kill switch engaged :)
Handlebar removal it is stuck
If the underside of the handlebar is stuck on the upper yolk after you have removed the four bolts, just give it a sharp rap with a rubber mallet from underneath. There is a knurled area that tends to bind but is there to assist clamping and prevent the bars from rotating in the clamp.
