It will be on the bottom of the AC Core Housing and run to the Firewall and the Passenger side of the Console.

Check your front end Bushings, Tie Rod Ends, and you CV Axles.

There is no PCV Valve, there is a Flame Trap System underneath the Intake Plenum on the front side of the Block. These are made of plastic and get plugged up, crack, and the plastic Vacuum lines fail. IPD carries the entire system. You will have to remove the Intake Plenum so you will need a gasket for that as well.

Replace that Rely! If that does not fix the heating problem you will have to trace the wires from the relay for shorts.

IPD has the Kits to do the entire job, you can get Prices online and I am sure that it is between $100-$200, there is also an IPD U-Tube Video that shows how easy it is to replace.

It is actually easier than you would think, less than an hour easily with the right tools.

Since he replace the reservoir, most likely it is the pump. These pumps have fiberboard vanes, so don't worry about replacing the rack. I don't know about your car, but if the pump is on top, labor is about an hour. If it on bottom, look at about 3 hours. I have done some that have taken every bit of 3 hours, all the parts that have to removed or dropping the frame. Don't get me wrong, I have worked on plenty of Volvo,s. But I work on everything and just do the job.

Sounds like the activator rod that goes from the door Handle to the latch is disconnected. You will have to get the door open to repair it and a good mechanic or tow truck driver can use a slim Jim kit to get the latch to release and then you can pull the door panel and find the problem.

You have plugged hoses or nozzles. You can get a filter to put in line after you clear all the parts. You have some sort of particle floating around in the system causing the erratic failures.

i also have a 99v70. As i was driving the car home 2 days ago in cruise control. Suddenly the speedo dropped to '0'. The cruise control quit and the abs, upshift arrow, and check engine light came on. The solutions is the 'abs control unit' From Volvo; 870.00from Advance; 256.00 w/ core exchange. Felix any noise coming from the front wheel while turning leaves me thinking front constant velocity joint if the car is front wheel drive. With the abs light on I would take down the front driver side wheel and check the brakes for wear along with the front wheel bearing assembly for play or loosness, Check for the sensors to make sure they havent came off and are rubbing your rotors as you make your turn. It can be a number of things. Usually when its the front constant velocity joint it makes a popping noise as if something is binding. As for the front wheel bearing assembly it could make noises usually after the car has been ran down the road and heated up the bearing then it will sing to you. But as you mentioned about the noise only during turning I would lean towards constant velocity joint or sensor hanging and rubbing the rotor, Its only one way to find out. Hope this helps.

You have an engine misfire....unless you have expertise in this area you need to see your local shop as you will damage your catalytic converter if you continue to drive. An OBD II scan tool will id the cylinder to help but knowledge here is key!!

only way is to go to volvo with reg documents and obtain code or take to a radio repair shop and get code removed note if had another radio fitted and not original then latter is best .

I had the same problem and found that if I made sure the button on the shift lever is out all the way the key would come out. Mine was sticking and had to be pulled out, the spring had become weak on the shift knob.

It could be as simple as cleaning the sensors to $thousands for major parts replacement.
